Restaurant itself looks nice and cozy but the staff is unorganized and slow. My fiance and I waited 50 minutes for them to only bring one dish of the 3 out. Others that arrived later than us began recieving their appitizers (one of which was suppose to be ours) I coud over hear several people saying that the food they were recieving isn't what they ordered. The server told us the same indivual that recieved our food was also waiting long. Instead of an apology or corrwcting any of hia screw ups he covers it with n excuse. Have no clue how the food taste, but no way it will make up...

The hotpot was a great meal on a cold day to warm us up. We got the hotpot with seafood, fishballs, and beef. The broth of the soup was great, had a good lemongrass flavor going for it and was quite enjoyable with the noodles. The meats (seafood and beef) were also great. The only thing that prevented this from being 5-star was to things. We wish there was more vegetables included with the meal, and also more flavorful sides (cilantro, basil, bean sprouts, so forth). Located centrally in downtown of Kaiserslautern, And close to the main train station this place is very easily accessible. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the service was nice. The staff was friendly. The food was also very good. We had the spring rolls for appetizers and pho which was delicious. Also had the traditional Vietnamese coffee, which was very good. The only downside to this place is not having its own parking area and it is quite difficult to find parking...
