Went here on New Years Eve 🎉 Even though it was quite busy, everything was organized and the drinks and food arrived pretty fast! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The food isn’t standard - they have many dishes that I haven’t seen at other Vietnamese restaurant - so if you’re looking for something new (with lots of vegan options as well!) then this is the perfect place for you :) the prices are great for what you get Update August 2022: Still tasty and great vegan options Update July 2023: It gets better every visit

After the first Vietnamese restaurant we went in Kassel (if interests, check out my Pho Vang review), I didn’t give up I really wanted to find another one with the hope that it would be more authentic (real bone broth I meant here). Well, in the end it’s kind of the same, just that the portion is a bit bigger. The soup was quite salty probably from the artificial flavoring… in comparison the ambiance is a bit better here.

Letzteres hat bei mir einen hohen Stellenwert, da es den frischen Touch verleiht um eine gute Pho abzurunden. Ich mag gerne noch dazu ein paar frische Chilischeiben, Pho in richtig warm und weniger Nudeln. Nach der Bestellung einfach warten und dann vorab die Brühe pur erstmal probieren- 😋. Anschließend Limetten ausdrücken, Chilies und Kräuter dazugeben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, höflich und gut zu verstehen. Restaurant ist hübsch eingerichtet- sauber und klar. Die Preise sind fair- hier geht es primär um Frische und Qualität und nicht Masse- die Pho ist ausreichend groß (schaffe sie nie ganz). Die Lage ist ok- dafür gut öffentlich zu erreichen. Gerade erst heute wieder eine dort gegessen, yummy 😋.

What a great food. And what a friendly staff. I had no reservation and travelled alone, but they managed to squeeze a good enough timeframe in between for me to eat. Afterwards they even apologised because it was so busy. What was of course not necessary at all. No wonder it’s busy, when you offer good food like that. Really delicious. For that quality you could charge double of the prices they have. Such a shame they have no restaurant in...
