Very bad food and you have to wait a really long time just to get what you did not order, I am very disappointed since my friend said the food is really good here but my food was not only cold but they they put in some sauce that I told them to NOT put there, there are restaurants in the area that are way better so don't waste your time coming here unless you want to wait for ages and get bad cold food.

You also get very little food for a price that is way too high embarrassing

Wir haben jetzt schon ein paar mal bei Tat Urfa bestellt. Leider kam die Bestellung oftmals falsch an (es fehlten Zutaten wie z.B Käse im Döner mit Aufpreis) oder die Bestellung kam kalt an. Darüber konnten wir noch hinwegsehen. Nun bestellte ich heute Ein Lahmacun Spezial für meinen Papa, der diesen Lahmacun vor Beginn seiner Nachtschicht essen wollte. Nach einer Stunde kam die Bestellung immer noch nicht an und ich schaute, wo sich die Bestellung befindet. „Fast bei dir…“ stand auf der Lieferando App, also wartete ich noch über eine halbe Stunde. Schließlich entschied ich mich dazu das Restaurant mal anzurufen und nachzuhaken. Am Telefon teilte man mir mit das meine Bestellung schon vor einer Stunde angekommen sein muss und man warf mir vor, ich würde lügen. Nachdem ich mehrmals betont habe, dass die Bestellung nicht angekommen ist, schlug man mir vor ich solle nochmal neu bestellen, anstatt eine „Wiedergutmachung“ anzubieten. Klar am Ende hat sich der Herr am Telefon entschuldigt, jedoch dies erst nach einem längeren Gespräch. Fazit: Das Essen kam nie an und mein Papa musste hungrig zur Arbeit. 👎🏼 Nie...

Reserve a table to prevent frustration, they are occupied sometimes but especially at weekends. The ingredients are fresh And locally sourced, but the prices are still low. A good blended menu, something for everybody to enjoy. Lovely spot to go for supper, would undoubtedly recommend. Very welcoming staff, had not been here before but would come back...
