Went here last night and honestly, I really wanted to like this place — it looks great and the atmosphere overall is quite nice. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end.

Service? Pretty rough. The main issue was the manager — he was visibly stressed, frantic, and came across as totally unprofessional. After seating us, he moved us to another table like we were an inconvenience, and then didn’t even inform the waitstaff about the change. So we ended up waiting around awkwardly while they tried to figure out what was going on (not a criticism of the wait staff but of the manager). This set a chaotic tone to the evening.

The food looked promising, beautifully plated, but the flavour just didn’t deliver. Everything felt a bit… bland? Like it had potential, but no follow-through.

And while the restaurant has a nice vibe in general, we were seated in a dimly lit corner surrounded by crying children. Not exactly the dinner mood we were hoping for.

Overall, disappointed. Great aesthetics, but style over substance in both food...

Food: 2/5 The food looked great, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. I tried the pho and chicken skewers, both of which were visually appealing but fell short in terms of taste. The small portions on the large plates didn’t really add anything to the overall experience, and the dishes felt underseasoned.

Service: 1/5 The service was a major letdown, and this review is solely due to the manager. While we didn’t have a reservation, he seated us without but made us feel like a burden. He was impolite and carried a stressed energy that made us uncomfortable throughout the meal.

Atmosphere: 3/5 The atmosphere could’ve been pleasant, but the tense and rushed energy from the manager negatively impacted the vibe of the restaurant. I imagine it’s usually better, but it definitely wasn't ideal during my visit.

Wir haben heute Abend im Zchâcá gegessen, da es laut TripAdvisor der Nr. 1 Sushi-Spot sein soll und da wir es noch nicht kannten, bzw. immer auf unserer To-Do Liste hatten, hatten wir entsprechend einen Tisch für zwei bestellt. Die Bedienung war an sich sehr nett, leider kam sie zu selten bzw. nur bei der ersten Bestellung. Wir saßen insgesamt 1 3/4 Std. und uns hat man nur am Anfang nach einem Getränk gefragt, saßen also entsprechend gute 70-80 Minuten auf dem Trockenen. Gegen 21.50 Uhr jedoch hat die Bedienung aber dann doch schon mal die Sojasoße vom Tisch genommen, denn das war ja anscheinend wichtig. Wir hätten gern noch ein Glas Wein oder einen Gin Tonic getrunken. Als ich, währenddessen wir bezahlten, noch ein Getränk wollte, ging dies auf einmal nicht - mega komisch. Mir ist dann auch der „Durst“ vergangen. Bei den anderen Gästen waren wir jedoch beliebt, denn wir hatten die meisten Stäbchen auf unseren Tisch und wurden dementsprechend oft danach gefragt. Nun mal zum Essen. Wir haben ca. 45 Minuten gewartet. Wovon wir, wie bereits geschrieben, 25 Minuten keine vollen Getränke hatten. Wir hatten nur Sushi bestellt, welches super angerichtet wurde (siehe Bild). Alles in allem war es jedoch nur okay, wir hatten wirklich viel mehr erwartet. Allerdings bleibt zu sagen, dass die Spicy Tuna Roll und das Sashimi wirklich super war. Das Ambiente hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen. Man ist irgendwie viel zu nah an den anderen Gästen dran und die Tische (links außen) sind eher nur für kleinere Menschen geeignet. Bei einer Körpergröße von 1,83m (unserer) war es schon echt anstrengend normal zu sitzen. Vor allem ich, auf der Couch sitzend, wusste irgendwie nicht wohin mit meinen Beinen. Fazit: Nachdem wir am Ende im dreistelligen Bereich landeten würden wir uns auf Grund des Services, der Wartezeit und des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses nicht nochmal für das Zchâca entscheiden.
