Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Münster

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the branch in Münster Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, both the service and the hygiene standards were far below what one would reasonably expect from KFC.

I ordered a menu including a Coke, which was served warm. When I asked for ice, I was told that ice could not be provided. Drinks should be served cold as a standard, and when I attempted to return the Coke, I was treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner by the staff. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, one of the employees dismissively replied: “I am the manager. You can sue me.” This attitude is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the branch was very poor. The tables, chairs, and overall dining area were dirty, and even the staff’s appearance was unhygienic. This left a very negative impression and raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards at this location.

I am sharing this feedback not only because of the unacceptable customer service I received, but also because I believe KFC should be aware of the poor management and conditions in this branch. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and to ensure higher service and hygiene standards...

I visited the location and waited for over 20 minutes to pay for my order, but no one came to assist me. When I finally asked the staff member to take my order, the person reacted angrily and even used abusive language towards me. What made the situation worse was that the manager was present but remained silent and took no action when I reported the incident.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I urge the authorities and management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with respect...

I ordered Kenterckybucket Menu yesterday in the evening. What I got yesterday was incredibly different from normal amount. My daughter ate two pieces of filet and this picture shows the rest of it. I could not find proper Haenchenteile at all. The size of Haechenteile is similar to chicken wings!! The filet size was much smaller than half of the normal size. You sold chicken pieces which shouldn’t have sold! You definitely need quality control and STAFF EDUCATION. Shame on you...
