The crossnuts (with croissant dough) are a highlight. The selection on site could of course be larger, but on the other hand you can usually have the donuts freshly prepared. Ein Factor der mich mega gestört hat war der Preis wir haben für 10 Stück knapp 40 Euro bezahlt das ist krank okay war uns vorher bewusst aber ein ausführlicher musste durchgeführt werden Fazit : für den Preis war das eine einmalige Sache Geschmack war nicht herausstechend tatsächlich war es enttäuschend :-(

Honestly the donuts are okay.

I had a work thing so I thought I would be nice and bring ‘fancy’ donuts in because it’s holiday time.

I went in and asked for a complete menu, in which she responded “TODAY, we only have these.”

So I asked for a 6er box for 13 euros. Proceeded to choose my six donuts and went to check out the total was around 30 euros.

In which she proceeded to tell me she was alone and that’s all they have. Okay I get that 100% but if this is all you have and I just wanted a 6er box why are you charging me for individual donuts? “Well, I am alone today and these are the prices that are set”.

I should have turned and said, oh okay. No thank you but I wanted to support my coworkers with something sweet.

I just can’t wrap my brain around the fact that; YOU’RE UNDERSTAFFED = THEREFORE I HAVE TO PAY MORE?

It’s the holiday season and we all have to work, I get it but the economy isn’t what it was 4 years ago. Absolutely...

Grundsätzlich bin ich super überzeugt von den Veganer Donuts - ABER: die letzten beiden Erfahrungen in eurem Store in Magdeburg empfand ich als herausragend schlecht. Bei der einen traf ich auf eine Mitarbeiterin, die keine Ahnung von Inhaltsstoffen (Allergenen) der Shakes hatte ('Wir haben keine veganen Shakes'), abgesehen davon, dass die Shakemaschine nicht ging, ist das für euch und euren Umsatz nicht cool, wo es ja nunmal an den Produkten auf der Tafel dran steht. Außerdem wurden lange Haare offen getragen, was ich im Zusammenhang mit Lebensmitteln wahnsinnig unhygienisch finde.. Das dazu, echt super schade, weil ich das vegan Angebot gerne nutze und unterstütze.. aber da habe ich in anderen Städten bessere Erfahrungen mit euren Mitarbeitern gemacht. Vielleicht wären gezielte Produktschulungen (und wenn das nicht geht, eben Infoblätter/ Spicker) für die Mitarbeiter ganz nice! Einfach damit man sich bei Fragen bzgl. Allergenen tatsächlich an euch wenden kann und nicht an das Internet...
