Sushi-Bar Sakura — Restaurant in Marburg

I’m went with my roommate and we just sat at a table and we got the sakura salad I got it with the rice and she got it without rice because it looked good with the arugula and the chicken and when it got to our table it looks nothing like the picture. And the chicken was on the skewers, and everything was just the stuff in the sushi section at REWE and it was all freezing cold. We also got the peach wine. And only the first sip tasted alcoholic. And I honestly just tasted like that Christmas wine but the cold version. Idk today was a unlucky day for us so maybe our unluck continued even at the restaurant. Wir waren die spätesten Gäste am Abend in Restaurant und hatten eine Reservierung für die "Rolling Table". Das war super organisiert und wir bekamen schnell einen Platz im wirklich sehr vollen Restaurant.

Die Bedienungen waren nett und freundlich, und immer sehr aufmerksam.

Ich, als bekennender Fan von italienischer und klassischer deutscher Küche, mag ja eigentlich gar kein Sushi 😉 - aber ich war mehr als positiv überrascht.

Die Qualität des Sushi war spitze und die Auswahl war riesig. Ich habe versucht alles zu probieren, was im Nachgang wirklich eine blöde Idee war, da ich so vollgefuttert heim bin und die halbe Nacht mit meinem vollem Magen gekämpft habe - es war einfach echt lecker. Ich habe aber auch nichts gefunden, dass meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen hätte.

Das Kind war auch glücklich und satt.

Also für mich ist das Restaurant die erste Wahl in Sachen...

English review: Because of COVID our order was to takeout. The sushi rolls go from 2,50€ to 6,50€ depending on how many toppings it has. They don’t have any rolls with cream cheese, nor do they have the eel sauce, which is a must for sushi, specially since the rolls are basically flavorless. I would recommend you to go to the Rewe on Erlenring street where they prepare the sushi after you order it.

German review: Wegen COVID haben wir zu mitnehmen bestellt. Die Sushi-Rollen kosten zwischen 2,50 € und 6,50 €, je nachdem, wie viele Beläge es gibt. Sie haben weder Rollen mit Frischkäse noch die Aalsauce, die ein Muss für Sushi ist, zumal die Rollen im Grunde geschmacklos sind.
