The waitresses wanted to keep us far away from the window side, even though there were two seaters available in the middle. Apparently, only a lower level of melanin content in your skin can ensure you the privilege to enjoy a window seat, a pleasant face while serving or an uninterrupted dinning - A reality which you have to swallow up along with that coffee you ordered.

After a lovely hike up to the local castle and around for an hour we stopped in for coffee and breakfast. Frische Brötchen are always a win. My wife and I both ordered the "Good morning" breakfast board. It was more than enough and we had one leftover Brötchen zum Mitnehmen. The interior is quite cozy and well-maintained, and the windows are overlooking the lower part of the city, which is a great advantage for the tables next to the windows.
