I was there a few weeks ago as I already know Kochspielhaus from Gärtnerhaus (where I really enjoy going!), but this time I was really disappointed. I was there with a friend and when we got there we had to grab the menus by ourselves as the staff was not taking any notice of us waiting for the service to come. Then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes until the staff finally noticed us and took our orders. We wanted diet coke, soya cappuccino and a pizza. Unfortunately, they ran out of soya milk so my friend had to change her choice. The pizza was not that delicious , it tasted as if it was kind of pre-cooked. The staff was also really unfriendly. Honestly, I still like the Kochspielhaus, but I won't pick this location anymore: Bad service and average food that was totally overpriced.
