The peace monument was donated by the then Bavarian ruler of the city of Munich. It was from the artists Henry Düll , Georg Pezold and Max Heilmaier designed [1] It is in Munich's district Bogenhausen is a monument that at the 25th anniversary of the peace treaty after the French German War 1870-1871 recalls. The monument stands on the Prinzregent-Luitpold terrace and is part of a decorative system in the style of historicism . The entire facility is in the middle of theMaximiliansanlagen and point de vue at the eastern end of a visual axis forming Prinzregentenstraße . From the west you drive over the Luitpold Bridge to the facility. The Prinzregentenstrasse divides there, which only flows together again at Europaplatz.
