Che Follia Espressobar & Delikatessen — Restaurant in Munich

5-stars seems like I am selling Che Follia short. This has been my best eating experience in Europe; I have been in Germany since June 2022. The owners are vey helpful and friendly and encapsulate the very idea of customer service. Che Follia was such a good experience that we returned for a second fruhstuck on our 4 day trip to Munich which resulted in an equally enjoyable experience. hospitality aside, my order consisted of an XL Cappuccino with oat milk. The cappuccino was the smoothest, richest coffee I've had in Europe so far. I ordered the Colazione "Che Follia" which consisted of warm rolls, smooth cream cheese, various slices of cheeses and meats, mozzarella and tomatoes, a hard boiled egg, and jam. I thoroughly enjoyed every savory bite so much so that my wife was a bit annoyed that I didn't give that reaction to her food. Netter kleines Café mitten in Trudering - wir waren zum Frühstück dort. Das Personal ist mit Leidenschaft bei der Sache, auch bekamen recht zügig die bestellten Sachen. Wir hatten das Käsefrühstück und das Frühstück mit der italienischen Wurst/ Schinkenauswahl für je 11,50€. Kaffee und der frisch gepresste Osaft waren sehr lecker. Auch fanden wir es gut, dass die Eier innen noch weich waren und nicht hartgekocht. Allerdings fanden wir die Art das Ganze anzurichten sowie die Auswahl sehr einfach / Standard. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Raffinesse gewünscht. Bei einem Käsefrühstück wäre es schön nicht nur zwei Sorten Schnittkäse und einen Frischkäse (Natur) drauf wären sondern ggf eine Camenbertecke oder eine Frischkäse mit Kräutern etc. Der Prosciutto Cotto hat uns jetzt nicht an unseren letzten Italienurlaub erinnert. Wir würden lieber mehr zahlen für das Frühstück bei einer besseren Auswahl. Vielleicht kann man ja ein Frühstück auch mit Komponenten wie Tomate/Morzarella, Hummus, Avocado, Räucherlachs ergänzen. Dann wäre es für uns perfekt. So war es eher wie ein Frühstück wie man es auch zu Hause machen würde. Die Kuchen und Paninis in der Vitrine haben super ausgeschaut. Daher ganz lieb...
