We have been to this place three times already. Sadly, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
Food: Each time, we ordered the rodizio. The meat overall is okay, but the doneness of the cuts they bring to your table is very inconsistent. Sometimes we received perfectly cooked cuts that were juicy and tender, and other times we got mostly well-done cuts that were rubbery and quite hard to bite.
We’ve also noticed that if you order the rodizio without pork, they generally only offer around 6–7 types of cuts. This last time, they offered us two kinds of chicken (which we skipped since we wanted mostly beef), one type of lamb that was dry and overcooked, rib eye, picanha, and another beef cut we couldn’t catch the name of despite asking the servers.
The menu does not list which cuts you will receive, which I think is necessary for a place like this.
The buffet has little variety and quantity. The vegetables were delicious, but we’ve repeatedly found that the cheese balls were hard and difficult to chew. There isn’t much more to say about it.
Service: The servers were generally cold, with the exception of those who spoke Portuguese or the ones serving the meat.
The meat comes in rounds, and between cuts you might end up waiting around 20 minutes. Other times, 3–4 servers suddenly show up with different cuts, and your plate gets so full of meat that by the time you get to the rest, it’s already cold. At times you end up waiting between cuts just to have something to eat.
During our last visit, we felt uncomfortable because the servers stopped coming to offer us meat after a while and instead kept going to a table in front of us, even though we were still interested in eating more. When we asked for more cuts, one of the servers immediately and repeatedly offered us the check until he eventually “agreed” to keep bringing us food. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant that was nearly empty during our visit, we felt like they wanted us to leave.
Lastly, we were repeatedly asked where we were from, which felt unnecessary and irrelevant. The person who seemed to be the manager was consistently hovering around our table, not to check if everything was okay, but rather to make odd comments that honestly felt intrusive.
Overall: The meat is good but inconsistent in both quality and frequency, and while the service is attentive, it is also inconsistent and predominantly cold. I’m not sure if we will return for a...
Read moreFirst time in this restaurant and I can say that in general I liked it a lot I knew the concept of meat served at the table in rounds, I like this concept as you can eat just what you want and when you want I was there for about 2.5 hours and in that time I once had a picahna cut, perfectly cooked for my taste. Then the next 2 or 3 times the servers were around with the same cut, it wasn't cooked in the same way.
Some pieces were extremely underdone for me, although I understand that the cooks must meet all the meat cooking stages (from rare to well done) for all the different guests I just kept getting or extremely rare cooked meat or extremely well done to the point that it was totally dried and hard and this was the case with other cuts as well
In total I can say that I had 2 or 3 good cuts in small portions and of course, all the side dishes too, which I did not try, except for the feijoada. This for me was almost the star of the show. It was absolutely delicious
The servers were all very nice and helpful and despite being busy, they were trying their best to keep up with the service The ambiance was beautiful and cozy, beautiful decorations and lights
If you are a person that likes meat and are planning to eat a big portion of different cuts, this might be your restaurant.
Have in mind that they also have a menu to pick single dishes and not only this, meat service to the table for which you pay a...
Read moreSadly, this was the most disappointing experience at a Brazilian restaurant while living abroad. As a Brazilian expat, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wonder how mediocre the gastronomic experiences of the people who evaluated this establishment positively must be. Even a Portuguese café in Munich provides the Latin-style warmth, hospitality, and spontaneity that this "Churrascaria" lacks. The cost-benefit ratio of their Rodizio is laughable, the meat quality is poor, and the salad and side dish buffet is unappetizing. Our requests weren't attended to during the Rodizio, and I had to ask for the grilled pineapple with cinnamon that I'd recommended to my colleagues. Afterward, we sat for two hours without anyone asking if we wanted more drinks. When we finally asked for the bill, a waiter asked if we wanted more drinks, and we expressed our dissatisfaction. Later, another waiter asked why we weren't tipping, and we had to explain again without receiving an apology. Despite having a few hard-working Brazilian members on their team, their service is highly disappointing. I should have trusted my gut when I noticed they didn't open their Instagram account for customer...
