Das Bad — Restaurant in Munich

I think the staff didn’t like we spoke English - the schnitzel tasted like it was rancid, the cheese sausage was okay - when we asked for a second drink the waiter told us “wait wait” then never returned to our table - after waiting for 30 minutes we just decided to pay the bill and leave, we went inside they said to wait outside, we waited 20 more minutes, went up to the waiter and asked to pay, we were told to wait again… 20 more minutes went by. I saw three other families ask for their bill and pay their bill right in front of us. Finally my husband had to tell the waiter we were leaving and then he came running after us with the machine. Such bad service and food… I can understand they are busy and we certainly don’t mind waiting but not when we’re refused a second drink and several other people are asking and paying their bill 40 minutes...

During my visit to Das Bar, the service I received left me disappointed and disheartened. Despite promptly moving to a non-restricted area, the waiter treated us with superiority and disrespect, particularly due to our Spanish nationality. This consistent behavior overshadowed the decent ambiance of the bar. Customer service should be inclusive and respectful to all individuals, irrespective of their nationality. I hope this review encourages Das Bar to address these incidents, train their staff in proper etiquette, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons. Respectful treatment is crucial, and no one should feel discriminated against while trying to enjoy...

The place was nice and fancy. BUT when we ordered Spanfekerln, it's so small, to compare with other table(we ordered it becuz of other peoples food looked so nice). Next to us they had good pieces, the other table even had huge pieces, and I was so hungry, and got really small pieces, like 10cm long and 2cm thick, for 11€?! .... I would suggest them to at least make it more evenly so not let people to see through it. Sad can not to complain to the service cuz they are not the one who cooked and place the plate.

We will give them another chance...
