We were told off by a male staff member for daring to push 2 tiny tables together because we were 3 people. We were not greeted or welcomed, just told off in an unfriendly way. I was made to feel like a child who was being told off at school. We were told that 3 people had to squeeze in the place for 2. We could not have a second tiny table unless we were 4. At the time there were several other tables for 2 still empty so we were not depriving anyone of a table. We could have even put up with squeezing onto a table for 2 but the unfriendly manner which we were told this left a bad taste in my mouth and we left. Before leaving, I wanted to tell the manager his staff were not being friendly but the manager himself was even worse. He could not care less. I see from the reviews I am not alone in finding the customer service appalling. We will not go back. Here is your one star review. The one is a gift as I could not...

Ice cream is not satisfying (not even above average) and all guests are served extremely unfriendly: 3 persons came and wanted to use 2 tables - guess what, it is not allowed - amusing right? The staff kept telling them to share only one table, but the cafe is not full and I don’t think they have really that many guests I took a beer sitting at a table (just forgot to not let it on the table) and the staff shakes his head for longer than 5 seconds - okay, I totally understand this - HOWEVER! they don’t even allow me to sit for more than 10 minutes right after finishing my ice cream
Friends, just don’t buy anything here okay? Any other ice cream shop would deserve a try, but...
Read moresurprised by the lack of hospitality at this coffee shop. After ordering a drink and spending an hour quietly working, the manager rudely approached me, insisting I either order more or leave. For a business that markets itself as a welcoming café, this was a disappointing experience. I expected a more customer-friendly attitude instead of being treated like a burden for simply enjoying the space. There are plenty of other cafés in Munich that actually understand the concept of hospitality and...
