I've been a regular customer at this restaurant for some time and have always enjoyed their delicious food. Unfortunately, my last experience was a huge disappointment. Not only was my order delayed multiple times, but the workers were incredibly rude and condescending when explaining why. They even went so far as to compare the wait time to that of a doctor's office as a justification for the delay. I was shocked and appalled by their behavior, especially since I had never experienced anything like it before. They never even apologized for the inconvenience or their behavior. If you value your time and want to be treated nicely, I suggest ordering from another place we have decided to do. It's a real shame because the food is great, but the terrible service has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can address these issues and improve their customer service moving forward.
