L'Osteria München Perlach Plaza — Restaurant in Munich

I arrived with my friend on 17.08.2024 Saturday around 21:30. We picked a table on terrace and the waiter started to scream from inside that we can not sit outside. I called him and asked where is the problem, I saw that restaurant is open till midnight, he replied that terrace is open till 22 cause the neighbours are complaining. I said but we still have 30 min , despite that he was rude and did not allowed us to sit outside. Ok...we choose a place indoor. Then I've notice that he is still talking about us, screaming around but my friend was really hungry so she really wanted to stay and eat. They brough pizza to us btw I have never ate so bad pizza in L'Osteria. Usually overthere food is really good but there is a difference in quality between L'Osteria Bogenhausen and this one in Neuperlach. About the waitress I do not even want to talk. They served to us a bad pizza and a wine that was probably open for a few days. Despite all of that we paid but I am definitely never ever going to back again! That level of a bad service plus bad behaviour I never saw in my life. I will visit L'Osteria...but not this one in Neuperlach anymore. Munich boasts many wonderful places for pizza, so I am puzzled as to why people choose this restaurant. Perhaps it’s the Instagrammable interior design that draws them in. However, the food quality is just average, only slightly better than a frozen pizza from the supermarket.

The customer service is equally disappointing. The staff seems indifferent to the customers and their experiences. On one occasion, I ended up being charged for something I didn’t order. Luckily, I noticed it before leaving. When I brought it to their attention, their response was that they couldn’t do anything about it, suggesting I take the extra food with me to eat later.

In my opinion, the waiter was not trained to handle the situation properly. When I insisted on speaking with the manager, the waiter returned with some excuse. Ultimately, he paid me back from his own tips, which was a sad resolution to the issue.

Overall, my experience here was quite disappointing. I hope they improve their service and food quality to match the beautiful...

First time we went there with colleagues and I've ordered Lasagna and was quite disappointed. While my friends got huge-size pizza, I've got small piece of lasagna for ~same price. Was more like a finger food, so happy I got few slices of different pizzas from my friends.

And finally today we went here with my gf for lunch and got one huge pizza (half-half is available by default for all pizzas, so you can mix whatever) for both of us. And this was really delicious, hot fresh pizza, tasty cheese, exactly the proper size of pizza I'd expect when I'm ordering pizza. Also to mention, for lunchtime on Monday (~12pm) it was not crowded at all, was really comfortable to sit inside, staff was not annoying us and we had a great lunch time.
