Le Florida restaurant — Restaurant in Munich

Randomly popped up for drinks on a Saturday night, didn’t dine. Classic ambient for such kind of establishments in Munich, but the wall mural brought some extra highlight. Our cocktails were unfortunately rather bland and didn’t taste like good old „Negroni“ and „Singapore Sling“ at all (hence the color of Singapore Sling already can give some hint). Although I am always willing to see the new dimensions of good old classics, that wasn’t the case. actually one of the biggest disappointments I’ve had in munich. Waited for the food for over an hour for it to not even be that great. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in Munich and this one has to be one of the worst. The vibes are nice at first and the interior is quite cute, good selection of food and drinks but the salad tasted as if it’s been sitting in the kitchen for at least an hour. Leider kann ich der Bar keine weiteren Sterne geben. Mir ist bewusst, dass es abends etwas zu geht aber teilweise war die Musik so dermaßen laut, dass eine normale Unterhaltung nur mit Mühe möglich gewesen ist - das selbst im hinteren „Essensbereich“. Mein Drink (Mai Tai) war sehr lecker, allerdings kann ich das nicht über die Drinks meiner Begleitungen sagen. Die Getränke waren teils zu wässrig und deshalb fad im Geschmack, für den Preis ist das leider auch nicht mehr fair. Das Essen war ein kompletter Reinfall, wir hatten alle drei zusammen den „Le Florida Burger“ und kann leider nur abraten vor diesem Gericht. Das Fleisch war von der Konsistenz her wie gekocht und nicht gegrillt, außerdem schmeckte es wie Fleischersatz statt echtem Hackfleisch. Das Brot war voller Fett und die Saucen zu den Pommes lieblos - statt Ketchup und Mayo, pimped das doch etwas auf mit Saucen in Eigenkreation.

In Summe hat der Abend pro Person rund 30 Euro gekostet und die waren es leider überhaupt nicht wert. Der Mai Tai war lecker und preislich noch im Rahmen, das Essen allerdings schon fast eine Art Frechheit.
