I was there for a birthday celebration of a friend. The service was really slow, we had to wait almost 30 mins for our food. I ordered the lasagna as this was recommended to us, what a big disappointment. My dish was brought half warm, half cold to the table, clearly a refrigerated thing, not even sure if it was made on the same day. On top of this, the lasagna was more pasta and tomato sauce than anything, poorly made and with excess moisture. The waitress lady working there was kind but the Italian man was rude and loud. He socially forced me to leave a tip, even when I was not completely satisfied with my food nor the service, he argued the tip was not for him but for the girl working there (I really hope that’s true). The restaurant provided some tiramisu for my friend, as this was his bday. Although I appreciate that level of effort, the dessert quality in my opinion was also not great. Overall, I was not happy neither with the food nor the service from that man. I therefore can’t recommend this place. I definitely...

The food was really good, had fresh parpadelle with salmon which tastes amazing and the Panna cotta was one of the best I had
You enter the place it’s so smelly as in there is no ventilation at all, it’s too bad Our waitress wasn’t the best and she left half of the service which left us with the owner who didn’t care that were there. We waited 30 min and decided to stand and get the menu for dessert and then again to go to him to order our dessert...it was like if you’re not Italian he doesn’t talk to you, weird feeling Finally, you can recommend the tiramisu fine but once, I don’t find it nice to try to push so much something when your customer is asking you for something else..simple commercial logic
Conclusions : you go there for the food that’s it If your looking for service then no Basic...
Read moreIt’s our Italian local in Munich. Salvatore the owner has run this restaurant for 35 years and is on hand every day preparing fresh pastas and pizzas. His Pizza Diavolo is my favourite in Munich and it’s delicious. With nice spicy salami and anchovies with a good pinch of crushed dried red chillies on top. Prices are extremely reasonable and it’s a one man show with some help in the evenings.
I love it here and it’s a totally unpretentious place with good homemade Italian food for a very reasonable price. I can usually get a meal here for under €10 and have a good chat to Salvatore while waiting for it to be prepared. Places like this are so hard to find in Munich as they preserve a bit of the atmosphere of the...
