The food was good. But about a service 0. I am so sorry but we paid around of 100€ each. We booked a table at 18:00 and we asked for a nice table because we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. And a waiter gave us a table next to the toilet, we ordered and we've been waiting for half an hour. And we asked a waiter for our order. Then he said he had forgotten, which was fine, everyone makes mistakes. But we ordered a WHITE wine, of course our lovely waiter didn't bring the right wine (he brought red), he had no idea what we had ordered. After half an hour we got our starters. Again the food was fine. Then, while we were having our main course, Mr. Waiter told us we had to leave as soon as possible. Of course, they have their next guests. Come on. What kind of service is this? The funny thing is that we have the next course (dessert). We were there a total of 1:30 hours. 30 minutes waiting for our drink, 1 hour waiting for our food. We had a lovely lunch at Maison Tran and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine in a welcoming and beautifully designed space.

The restaurant has a stylish interior, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I highly appreciated the clear allergen labeling on the menu, which made it easy for me as a celiac to find what's safe to eat. The orders can be written on small notepads, which reminded me of traditional cha chaan tengs in Hong Kong. Such a nice touch!

One suggestion for improvement would be to make it clearer which menu items are available at different times of the day. We tried to order mains, only to be told they weren't available. Given how extensive the menu is, it would be really helpful if separate menus were provided depending on the time of day.

Erste und letzte Mal. Wir kommen nie wieder. Heute haben wir den Tisch für 4 Personen wegen Neuesjahr reserviert und leider es war Katastrophe. Jeweils von uns hat sich eine Vor und Hauptspeise bestellt. Unsere Vorspeise kamen alles auf einmal aber nach kurzer Weile ungefähr eine Minute haben sie sofort die Hauptspeisen zum Tisch gebracht.

Wir haben sogar nicht mal unsere Vorspeisen angefasst. Der Tisch ist so klein mit voll Gläsern und Vorspeisen vorher trotzdem will die Servicedame immer noch Hauptspeisen darauf lassen. Wir fragen wieso bringt sie die Hauptspeisen schon hier her weil es normalerweise nur nach dem vor Gang servieren darf. Sie ist uns unhöflich umgegangen und sagte weil wir nur eine Vorspeise pro Person bestellen, es gibt keine Wartezeit nach dem Gang deswegen.

Wir verstehen garnicht wie viele Vorspeisen sollen wir bestellen damit wir richtig nach Gänge essen können. Es ist ingesamt 4 Vorspeisen für vier alle und sagt sie uns immer noch es reicht nicht. Es ist einfach unprofessionel, unhöflich und lächerlich. Schlimmstenfalls ist die Servicedame absichtlich versucht immer noch zwei letzte Hauptspeisen zum Tisch zu bringen. Sie kapiert nicht was wir grad beschweren oder ignoriert uns einfach so. Ich war total enttäuscht und lehnte es sofort ab weil es keine Platzl am Tisch mehr gibt hinzustellen. Ich musste mehr mal wiederholen dass wir keinen Platzl mehr.

Danach sind natürlich die Hauptspeisen nicht mehr gut geschmeckt weil sie 2 mal gekocht wurden. Alle Hauptgerichten sind übersalzig und besonders mein Nudeln, es ist zu weich gekocht. Wir kommen aus Vietnam trotzdem schmeckt uns nicht nach authentisch vietnamesischen Essen. Wir mussten fast ganz Teller überig da lassen. Unglaubliches Essen

Die können mit uns auf unsere Muttersprache sprechen aber von Anfang bis zum Ende hören wir kein Wort: guten Apetit, Entschuldigung oder leider. Service in diesem Restaurant ist Katastrophe. Unser Abendessen wurde komplett zerstört. Wir wollen sofort weggehen nach dem Zahlen und nie wieder zurück.

Es ist wieder Problem mit dem Kellner dass er uns mehr abkassiert 170€ statt 157€. Ich musste wieder zurück und nachfragen. Bis zum die letzte Minute hatten wir keine Ruhe. solche Sachen habe wir nie hier in...
