Negroni Bar — Restaurant in Munich

Oh yes, absolutely bloody excellent. If you're from London (can't speak about other cities or countries) you will find this place good value. Excellently made cocktails at a specialist-focus cocktail bar in a nice part of town at under £9 per! (and pizzas and the rest of the very unpretentious food menu are only around the £11 mark)

I had a traditional negroni cocktail and then a bourbon negroni. Both were outstandingly made (my Uncle Negroni came with a gigantic single ice cube which somehow never melted - this may or may not excite you 😁) .

Perhaps the only comment I'd have is on the sweetness quotient - which can add up. After 2 cocktails I had to switch to the beer even though I would have liked to try at least one more if not two.

Maybe it's an idea to organise the menu by "less sweet", and "sweet" cocktails?

For me this place is still five stars...

It's a nice place. They have a lot of nice cocktails and it is really hard to decide. However, when we were there this big place had only two waiters. For this reason, it was really tough for them to handle everything. Probably, because of these busy hours, they had some problems regarding the orders. Additionally, for an Italian kitchen they have a limited menu. Pizza was not pizza unfortunately, at least for an Italian place. Another order was pasta with truffle. As you can see from the picture, it was not really satisfying. In the previous pictures, you see much better pictures for this plate. I mean you don't put truffle this much, if we are paying that over price for this plate. So, don't go...

Ich bin wirklich super enttäuscht. Ich hab mit einigen Freundinnen meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Bar gefeiert. Vorne weg, die Cocktails sind wirklich gut, jetzt kommt ein großes ABER. Einer der schlechtesten Service die ich erlebt habe bis jetzt. Wir haben die erste Runde Cocktails bestellt, das ging auch alles schnell und ohne Problem. Dann wollte ich einen 2. Cocktail haben. Ich habe über eine Stunde auf den Cocktail gewartet. Auf mehrfacher Nachfrage, warum das so lange dauert, hätte ich eine nette Antwort gut gefunden, wie z.B. tut mir leid, dein Cocktail würde übersehen, kommt sofort, oder es ist so viel los, tut mir leid, der Cocktail kommt gleich. Aber leider war das nicht die Antwort, damit hätte ich leben können und es wäre alles gut gewesen, kann ja alles Mal passieren. Doch leider ist das Personal sehr motzig geworden, dass ich doch warten soll und der Cocktail kommt. Und da ich ein Cocktail habe der geschüttelt werden muss, dauert es länger, denn die Cocktails die nicht geschüttelt werden müssen, werden zuerst gemacht?! Komische Aussage, das bedeute, mein Cocktail kommt nie an. Man sollte die Cocktails der Reihe nach machen, wie sie bestellt werden. Noch dazu hat man es einfach mit bekommen, das andere Tische in der Zeit wo ich auf den 2. Cocktail gewartet habe, 2 weitere Drinks bekommen hatten, darunter auch Cocktails zum Schütteln. Finde ich geht nicht, aber beim bezahlen und rausgehen, hat man es auch gemerkt, es stehen genügend Menschen lange vor der Bar und einen Platz zu bekommen und das hat man von den Kellnern auch zu spüren bekommen, das sie auf keine Gäste angewiesen sind, weil sowieso die Leute kommen. Sehr sehr schade, wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht mehr hin, auch wenn der Cocktail gut war. Aber für mich gehört der Service einfach mit dazu und es gibt sicherlich genügend andere Bars, mit guten Drinks die sich über ihre...
