The experience was overall bad, specially due to the service. Below description: ENTRANCE: told an employee that I had a reservation. She asked me to wait and I did. Same employee just started to do other things and chatting with colleagues. After a while, and seemed to me that she forgot about me. I asked again and then was seated. -ORDERING & DELIVERY: you need to order at the counter. We ordered and we're informed that our food was going to be delivered at our table. When we asked about our beverages, were informed that those are not delivered to the table, but we needed to stand up and pick them up at the counter. Same for cutlery, napkins and salt which we asked later on. Meaning, we had to stand up for everything needed apart from food. -MENU: We asked for a physical menu to look at it calmly at our table. They didn't have, we had to look at the menu in their screens at the counter. The screens were having an "disappearing" effect, which made it very difficult to read. FOOD & BEVERAGES: I asked for a coffee frappe from their menu and they told me they didn't have, which was unfortunate given that they even have the name "cafe" in their restaurant name. The savory options that we ordered were ok, nothing extraordinary. Maybe the sweet options are their speciality. -LEAVING: at 3:49 pm we were informed that the place was closing in 10 minutes and stated that we would need to think what we would do with ourselves (as outside was pouring rain). Not sure the intention of the employee with that comment, but we understood that we had to consider leaving and that we could not stay under their roof to scape from the rain, which we found very inconsiderate towards customers. We left immediately without confrontation though. OVERALL: I understand the concept of self service, but the attitude of employees felt rather unwelcoming from beginning to end. Training and better benefits towards them could improve this. Also changing certain things could improve customers' experience: physical menus or fixed images in screens (not disappearing), having essentials in each table (a key of success to self service Restaurants): cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper. Good luck and hope to see improvements in a future...

I came here on a Thursday afternoon around 3.30pm and it was not too busy. A welcoming smile from Maria and Aziz made me feel welcome immediately. I ordered the falafel bowl with hummus, tahini, sweet potato, greens, grains, chickpeas, carrots, avocado and edamame and it was very good. Aziz, who has a many years of experience in Gastronomy in Munich, proudly shared that the falafel are a speciality and amongst peoples favorite dishes.
Here is my feedback:
✅ Super friendly and welcoming staff. Marie and Aziz greeted me with a warm smile. ✅ Large selection of vegan and vegetarian breakfast and lunch Bowls and desserts ✅ Light and open space due to window front with large floor-to-ceiling windows ✅ Ingredients are home made. ✅ Large portion for a fair price ✅ They don’t serve alcohol (great concept) ✅ Delicious coffee with plant-based milk alternative (only 0.30€ more) ✅ Hours of opening (7.30am - 5pm) are great for an early bird breakfast. ✅ They take reservations on weekends. ✅ Avocado bread is also available as vegan - not tried it yet but Version with egg looks promising
❎ It can get quite noisy. I sat in the quiet corner near the restrooms and it was ok. ❎ If you arrive after 3pm, you may encounter that some meals are not available anymore. ❎ limited parking space for strollers ❎ No menu on website (would give customers an idea of the food served beforehand) ❎ I recommend using an odorless cleaner for Counter/Kirchen area as it can be smelled otherwise ❎ Savory bowls only available from Monday - Friday.
Went back on Sunday to try their açaí bowl (10.30€) and this was my experience:
✅bowl include following toppings: blueberries, raspberries, banana, lots of powder sugar ✅other toppings available for 1€: granola, walnuts, chocolate drops, shredded coconut ✅portion size is very big, especially when you order granola (they add a LOT) ❎açaí purée also includes strawberries, which is main flavor you’ll taste ❎ingredients are frozen, which makes purée very cold 🥶 ❎no peanut butter...
Read moreTerrible service. They take your order first and only then ask if you actually have a seat. When it turns out there are no seats, they just send you away. Why bother taking the order in the first place and making the line stretch out to the street?
I waited 40 minutes for my poor sandwich and they only remembered me when I reminded them. Instead of an apology, they brought me a croissant I neither asked for nor wanted. The next time I came, they even shamed me for not “thanking them for the croissant.” Thank them for what, exactly? I didn’t ask for a dessert, I wanted to eat normally.
I had just one hour for my breakfast, 40 minutes of which I wasted waiting with a cooling coffee. And when I finally got my sandwich, it was cold, like it had just come straight out...
