Just made an order for take away doner boxes x 2x. We specifically asked the order taker for spicy extra spicy . After paying I overheard him mention the order to the kitchen without saying scharf. I told him again scharf yes, he says yes this red sauce which I know it very well. I said yes please we want it spicy. Guess what we came home and it was white sauce and not the spicy. Wir waren als Familie dort essen und hatten Köfte-Teller für Erwachsene und Kinder. Leider waren die Köfte nicht ganz durchgebraten, und auch der Reis war etwas zu ölig. Nach unserer Rückmeldung wurden die Köfte für die Kinder zwar nachgebraten, aber man merkte, dass die Hitze zu hoch war, außen dunkel, innen noch nicht ganz gar. Als Entgegenkommen hat man uns etwas Dönerfleisch angeboten, was sehr freundlich war. Der Service war insgesamt wirklich nett, aufmerksam und höflich, das möchten wir positiv hervorheben.
