A group of 8 people (2 families with small children) arrived yesterday at the place with a reservation having a big smiles in our faces because the adults are big fans of Paulaner beers ,expecting nothing but the best!!! At the entrance a very friendly,with a big smile reception welcomed us and indicated in which table to sit. A few minutes later another waitress came and gave us the menus. After a few minutes she came back with a smile in her face and asked if we are ready to order and she was very helpful with us to place the order , 8 different plates , drinks and salad! The drinks arrived a few minutes later and a couple of minutes after the salad without any plates to use!? We were waiting for the plates but no luck! We decided to call a different waiter because our waitress seemed occupied and asked for some plates! Our waitress then came with an attitude and indicated that we are going to have plates when our main plates arrive and that by mistake the salad arrived earlier !!!??? Politely answered that until then and since the salad is on the table to bring us plates to start eating and she left shouting that we are not polite and we are rude!!!!??? One of our group answered that we are not rude although we can be if she continues with this attitude!!! As a conclusion we believe that it was an not a representative service of the place but certainly it was an very bad experience!!! Also the space of the place is very big without heating and the kids and the women of our families were feeling cold and for that reason uncomfortable!!! The toilets was not clean and there was a very bad smell !!! The food was nice but not excellent with a very small portion and the salad was for 4 and not for 8 people so by this the price seems expensive !!! Read moreFar below the average of Munich breweries. I have almost eaten in all the Munich breweries, and I have never been so badly treated as in Paulaner Bräuhaus. After I finished my Schweinshaxe (very good btw), he asked me if everything was fine with it, I briefly said yeah, I didn't pay so much attention, because I was talking with my colleague. 5 minutes later, he unexpectedly came back with 2 new beers that we never asked for. Apparently, he understood we wanted more, which was not making much sense since we barely drank half of our first beers at that time. I really hate those kind of process to incite you to drink more than you need and the very invasive behavior of the waiter. We finally left the table with 2 new beers barely drunk. It was then time to pay the bill which summed up to 47.70EUR, my colleague wanted to give a tip separately, and gave him 57.70EUR, expecting 10EUR to be returned. The waiter started making crazy faces like a 5-years old kid, and kept on saying "TIP IS NOT INCLUDED". My colleague was about to give a small tip, but realized we were so badly treated that we left without giving anything. And I dont feel any regret about it. Absolutely scandalous waiter's behavior. terrible until the end, before writing here on trustpilot I sent them an email, but they didn't reply.. I would like to share with you the terrible experience we had at the Paulaner Bräuhaus München. I will include all the details I have, as this review will be posted on Trustpilot and TripAdvisor.

Code: 2HpQBU 3 people for August 13, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It was the evening of August 13, 2024. My family and I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 PM, where we were seated as the place was filling up. We ordered drinks and food, and shortly after, a waiter brought our dishes, but by mistake, he served them to the table next to us, where other tourists were sitting. After discussing among themselves for several minutes, they realized the dishes were not theirs. To make matters worse, they even used one of their utensils on a dish that was intended for our child, which contained vegetables and meat. We observed the whole scene from just a few meters away.
Meanwhile, the correct dishes arrived at the tourists' table. The waiter, in an attempt to "correct" the mistake, simply took the wrong dishes from under their noses and brought them to us as if nothing had happened.
Although the dishes were aesthetically pleasing, the experience was ruined by the rudeness, lack of professionalism, and complete unwillingness to make amends. I assure you that I will never set foot in your establishments again. The dishes were sent back, I paid for the beer, and we went elsewhere.
Considering that tipping is almost mandatory in many places, the waiter was truly awful: he did not apologize or do anything to rectify the mistake.
I paid for the 1-liter beer, and these are the last 10 euros and change you'll see from me.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo presentati alle 19:00 nel locale, dove ci hanno fatto accomodare mentre il ristorante si riempiva. Abbiamo ordinato da bere e da mangiare, e poco dopo un cameriere ha portato le nostre pietanze, ma per errore le ha servite al tavolo accanto, dove erano seduti altri turisti. Questi, dopo aver discusso tra loro per diversi minuti, si sono resi conto che non erano i loro piatti. Come se non bastasse, hanno anche utilizzato una loro posata su uno dei piatti, destinato al nostro bambino, che conteneva verdure e carne. Noi, a pochi metri di distanza, abbiamo osservato tutta la scena.
Nel frattempo, i piatti corretti sono arrivati al tavolo dei turisti. Il cameriere, per "correggere" l'errore, ha semplicemente tolto i piatti sbagliati da sotto il loro naso e li ha portati a noi, come se nulla fosse successo.
Anche se i piatti erano esteticamente molto belli, l'esperienza è stata rovinata dalla scortesia, dalla poca professionalità e dalla totale mancanza di volontà di rimediare. Vi assicuro che non metterò mai più piede nei vostri locali. I piatti sono stati rimandati indietro, ho pagato la birra e siamo andati altrove.
Tenendo conto che in molti locali la mancia è quasi obbligatoria, il cameriere è stato pessimo: non si è scusato né ha fatto nulla per rimediare all'errore
