Went there for Valentine’s Day. Got really excited when hubby said we were going to have Japanese foods. Turns out the owners are Vietnamese. So I decided to order the traditional beef Phõ. Big mistake! I was already told to get the expensive Bò Lúc Lăc instead.. which I found odd. Hubby got a few makis as you can see. They were not bad. The Phõ took ages to come we almost wanted to cancel it, when it arrived of course it didn’t smell like a Phõ. The restaurant itself didn’t have this authentic Vietnamese restaurant odour. The soup was very blend, just like a salt and pepper and tons of MSG. Very difficult for me to rate this restaurant positively. I was really disappointed.. why not making real authentic Vietnamese foods instead of doing some stylish Japanese style foods. The service was bad, only one woman (who was nice by the way) did everything from taking orders, serving foods, cleaning the tables, giving the bills.. other customers complained about the very long wait for foods to be served. Anyway, maybe I went there on a wrong evening (14.02.2024) but still the original Vietnamese staple foods was...

Munich is brimming with Vietnamese restaurants offering pho, bánh mì, and Bún chà alongside sushi and udon noodles. This one is no exception; in my opinion, the food is average, with the Vietnamese dishes outshining the sushi. (Munich is, in fact, a desert when it comes to really good sushi.)

However, I do like the lively atmosphere, filled with happy customers, including many families and Haidhausen locals. The place exudes warmth and relaxation. The bubbly smile and attentive service from the hostess are significant pluses. More importantly, the price is genuinely unbeatable at €6.9 for 8 pieces of Ebi mango rolls, probably the lowest...

Been here twice, the first time we had soup and ribs. The rib was good but the soup was kind of bland. Second time we had ribs again and ricebowl. This time I didn't get Coleslaw and sweet potato as sides although it's already included in the menu, instead I got normal fries. I think it would also be better if the ribs were served in a bigger plate. For the chicken ricebowl it was quite good, they have some kind of spiced yellow rice and the chicken was juicy with some salat on the side. Good to know : This place has some tables outside and accept...
