Fisch Hausl — Restaurant in Munich

the food is average, price wise below average.

fresh salad super oily, potato salad bland and fries fish bought from shop pre-fried. could have bought one like this in Lidl and save a lot of money knowing that it is not fresh upfront.

my bf had the ‘frutti di mare’ salad, again, average.

no idea what the hype is about, perhaps the location, that is the only good thing ab it.

Wow incredibly good quality fish!

I had the fried fish sandwich and it was delicious! The fish is very flavorful and juicy. I’m honestly not sure what find of fish it is, maybe cod? 🤷‍♂️

If you get a sandwich from here, maybe cut it in half before eating it. The bread is pretty hard and it pushes the ingredients out of the bread when biting into it 😭

Or maybe softer bread would...

One of the hidden gems of Munich! Amazing, high quality, fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Dine in or get fresh fish to cook at home. The area is lovely to grab a quick bite when the weather is nice!

Definitely recommend the fish soup, octopus salad, and fish plate but you can’t go wrong with anything here. Note: it’s cash only!
