Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a terrible experience at Rischart Cocoon and felt completely disrespected as a customer. When I ordered, I was asked whether it was to go or dine in—I chose to dine in and was later charged extra without being informed that there was an additional cost for sitting down. That alone was misleading.
But it got worse. My friend ordered to go, and when he tried to sit with me for just a few minutes, we were both told—quite rudely—that he couldn’t sit because he didn’t order dine-in. There was no sign or prior notice about this policy, and the staff’s tone was anything but friendly. In fact, instead of simply explaining, they made us feel like we were doing something wrong and essentially forced us to leave.
The experience was not only confusing but also humiliating. If there are extra charges or rules about where customers can sit, they should be clearly communicated before payment. And above all, staff should treat guests with basic courtesy.

We took a cup of coffee and couple pastry items to go. After we took an order we took a bite of croissants before leaving while still being in a cafe. Just to clarify we didn’t mean to take an order to go while eating inside/weren’t informed about price difference for in house/to go orders. We didn’t even sit down, just weren’t...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. From the moment we walked in, things went downhill. The staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude, The staff member I spoke to was dismissive and made no effort to explain the situation or offer an alternative. Instead of welcoming a customer, they acted like I was an inconvenience. There were clearly open tables, so space wasn’t the issue. It was an incredibly unprofessional way to treat someone. I left without ordering, and I won’t be back. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine the service or food quality...
