I always buy beans there, and as I have no idea what beans I want I always get a perfect, almost therapeutical, assistance. You just go like "I drink coffee in the morning, in Bialetti, I like it strong, maybe some notes of nuts in the taste", and they offer you around three options to go with. They can grind it for you, as well. They even ground it partially for me once, so that I can save some time on manual grinding for the next mornings....
