Yesterday I was at that shop around 10:15 on the 09.05.2022 with my kids, I had a coffee and they ate something, we were sitting outside beside a smoker so I moved our table a meter away, and after 15 mins one of the employees (an old lady that claimed she was the manager when i asked to speak with one) just came and started to pull the table away telling me our table is out of the zone in a loud and unfriendly way, when i told her that i will put it back and dont talk to me as if i am one of your employees she answered "thank god your not"😕 I realy need an action to be taken against that employee asap so nobody should go through or experience that kind of poor, unprofessional,...
Read moreI have never experienced such a rude waiter (short dark hair, tattoos in neck and on hands). He was already quite rude to customers in front of me. Then when it was my turn he drops a piece of cream cake on the counter, flips it up with his (dirty looking) hand, ‘asks’ me (without making eye contact) if I stil want it (“there’s nothing wrong with it”). “No thank you, you have just grabbed it with your hand”. Read more(Update) Of course we understand it is easier to keep the toilet clean if you lock it up. And of course we understand not all staff speaks English. The problem is to have a cozy environment you need to hire enough staff to run a big cafe like this. I am just making comments on Google so the others can consider their situation so they can decide wether they wish to go to the counter all the time and wait for the overwhelmed staff to give them keys every time they go to toilet during their stay.
