I've been going to this place since it opened, so I'm sorry to leave a complaint, but last week I had a very disappointing experience: the service was very slow, I had only one person in front of me and I had to wait 10 minutes in line. not hygienic handling of the food!!! Usually most of the people serving are using gloves, the person there did not use any and after touching the money of the previous client he did not properly wash his hands (!!!!), he gave them a rinse of 1 second and then touched the food. Not the first time I notice handling of money and then touching the food. Money are notoriously VERY dirty. I have a stamp card, it was full so I thought I would get the burrito for free like previous times. Instead I had to pay a difference, it's not that I ordered the most expensive one, it was just a normal one with chicken. Why? The guy said something about the discount only being valid for the classic burritos, but there is nothing written on the card about this and it's not specified in the menu which are the classic burritos. How is a costumer supposed to know?

Read moreFirst of all i want to say that i was often guest by pure burrito. I also recommended your store many times as the best buritto in Munich. Althoug i cant say the same for the employees. Most of them are not friendly, but not only that, some of them are very unfrendly, they discuss with customer and i personal feel they treat me like i beg for somtehing for free. Most of them dont have experience in hospitality service but i think it could be learned if the owner cares for the customers.
Many times when i was ordering i asked for less meat, but when i asked for bit corn or veggie few of workers always complained how they cant give me that because its not in menu. So customers cant choose if they want for example tomato sauce with corn and medium spicy salsa because they (owner) already decided what fits together, which i find very sad and stingy. Btw i always gave a tip.
I myself worked in mexican fast foods with triple more choice where you can take everything you want.

Read moreI've been here several times, normally it is a fine experience, but today I had an experience that caused me to never want to go back. I ordered tacos for my son and they literally tried to give a little clump of like 10 grams of meat maximum- a tiny little pinch that didn't even fill 1/4 of the taco wrap. I explained to them that it is unacceptable to serve tacos with such little meat inside, and they saw nothing wrong with it. He kept saying if we wanted more meat, it would be "extra" - we said never mind we don't want to buy it at all but they wouldn't take it back.
