As far as take out sushi goes, this place has much better quality than most other places in Munich. That said, for a place that only does take out, it’s not particularly convenient. Slow delivery can be forgiven due to many orders but even on self collect orders, they do not notify you when your order is ready despite collecting info they need (e.g. phone number, address, email)

We ordered the delivery thru the app, was hoping it would be good however it turned out to be a disappointment. The salmon was smelling so fishy, I did try a piece and it was seriously fishy and mushy, so I didn’t swallow it. Same as the tuna, looked horrible. The food looked way too different from the pic, I felt trapped. Would never order again.

Completely disregarding any comparison to actual real sushi I eat when I live in Tokyo, this was still pretty meh...compared to other establishments in Munich Very Expensive for what I got. It tasted okay, fish was fresh, it was just relatively bland and uninspiring.

Expensive temaki, very expensive salmon box. Did not hit the value for money spot for me. Miso soup was clearly from a powder packet.

Still better than most in Munich. Not to put you off, most will enjoy this a lot (seeing Googles reviews.)

I spend close to 30 Euros on the Box and one temaki for myself and hmm.

I recommend going for Sashimi / Chirashi, cleaner and no fuss, since the fish was actually good. The rest was just too much fussy rice, cream cheese, mint fuss.

The rice itself was also not well seasoned (the rice being the star of any proper sushi bar and the reason for regulars to come back to a particular place.)

Terrible customer service in all aspects. I ordered take out and they never delivered. After over 90 minutes of waiting, they contacted Lieferando saying they could not reach me on my phone, then gave Lieferando a phone number for me to call them that is not even assigned. Usio = SCAM ARTIST!

Stay far, far away from this negative restaurant.

Update: At 10:44 pm, I called the number you (Usio) provided in your response last night (which is different than the number you provided Lieferando) and it went straight to voicemail. Please just refund my money because you obviously had no intention of delivering the food, especially more than 3 hours...

Absolutely horrible.

Ordered 80€ worth of food and had to throw half of it away.

The fish is terrible quality, the rice was mushy(??), and all the rolls had an inexplicably weird taste.

Ordered chicken karaage and it came with two different coatings. One that was similar to karaage, one that was similar to chicken nuggets. And the chicken in both was a texture unlike any chicken I’ve ever eaten.

Gyoza were undercooked and inedible. Chicken yakatori was also undercooked or… possibly not chicken.

It was so bad we’re trying to get our money back from Lieferando. I honestly have no idea how...
