First of all I can’t complain about the food. It’s priced on the higher side and as most people have mentioned, some of the items in the menu could be quite good. I would rate the food 3/5, (as apart from one main dish, the rest of the food was mediocre. Dumplings for example were the store bought ones that you can find in any Asian supermarket and the salmon nigiri didn’t taste like anything though it looked pretty convincing)
However, the worst part was the service. The lady waiting staff treated us incredibly horribly. She rushed us to get our order, and kept coming back every minute when we said we need 5 minutes to look at the menu (as it was huge). Then she got an order wrong, and got us the store bought dumplings instead of the edamame. When I pointed that out kindly, she insisted that she did get the right order and that I had asked for the gyoza. I politely didn’t argue and kept the dumplings (as I love vegan dumplings and often make my own) Later when she brought us the bill, she again insisted that only cash payments were allowed (this was not mentioned anywhere!) and when we said that we didn’t have enough on us (about €55) she asked us to get the cash from the nearby ATM. That unfortunately wasn’t working and later they agreed that we could pay by card. They had the machine all along and were just lying for whatever reason! I did tip them as well, as I was trying to be incredibly patient throughout this horrible experience, but I wish I didn’t. As a vegan I would’ve definitely visited again to try some of their other dishes, but I don’t think I ever want to face this kind of third-grade...
Read moreI recently came here for dinner. It was a warm evening and we enjoyed the outdoor area. It's very green. Service was swift and attentive. The menu is extensive and also features a surprisingly large sushi selection. Alas, I hadn't come for the sushi, though I may return to sample it. Instead, I ordered the crispy duck with tamarind sauce. The duck was crispy alright. The sauce could have been a bit bolder flavor-wise. The wantan we had as a starter were great and I also enjoyed the selection of mochi for dessert. All in all, I think the flavours could be upped a bit, but it's a lovely place nonetheless, especially if you can sit outside. On a side note, the place is sadly not fully accessible if you're in a wheelchair, because the toilets are down a...
Read moreIf you like a great variety of Asian food, just go here! There's a lot of fried noodles, currys, sushi and pho on the menu; very interesting creations at that. They work with a lot of mock meat that is bluntly labeled as duck, beef, shrimp or the like. I had to make sure with the waitress if the restaurant really was a hundred percent vegan. Anyways, they offer quite interesting deserts, as well. The waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was quite good, even though it wasn't mind-blowing. It's nice for the...
