Boconero, Terminal 2, Munich Airport. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely unpleasant due to the behavior of the blonde saleswoman before 15 min.
First, I witnessed how she treated two young women ahead of me in line with visible disrespect – rolling her eyes while they ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be heated, and doing the same again when they went to pay because they hadn’t confirmed the amount on the payment terminal.
When it was my turn, the same attitude continued. I asked if I could have a napkin with my sandwich and brownie, to which she rudely replied that the napkins were at the end of the counter. Her tone and demeanor were entirely unprofessional, as if all of us customers were an inconvenience rather than people paying for a product and service.

Im not sure if it was because we looked young and poor but honestly this was my first time not leaving a tip cause it was just horrible. Mind you its not that we are poor we just didnt look like a million bucks. Me and my partner tend to dress in sweats cause casual is our vibe when traveling. It was just a bit disheartening that people would cater to another group because of looks.
On a side note food was meh not worth the price and...
