Viktualien Stubn — Restaurant in Oberding (VGem)

I ordered scrambled eggs with avocado, specifically requesting that the eggs be well done as I do not like them runny. I also ordered chocolate milk.

The chocolate milk was barely chocolatey; it tasted mostly like hot milk with just a hint of chocolate. The eggs were not well done at all.

I informed the waitstaff, who were very nice and eager to make it right. They said they would see what could be done.

After a while, the manager came to my table. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he seemed quite annoyed. He simply responded with, "OK, dann weiss ich Bescheid," and walked away. He also mentioned that he couldn't do anything about the chocolate milk.

While the waitstaff was extremely friendly, the manager or shift leader was abysmally terrible and clearly does not know how to handle customer complaints. It was an absolutely outrageous experience. The waitstaff should manage this place instead of their boss.

To be fair, I didn’t have to pay for the eggs in the end, but the way management reacted was so out of place that I cannot rate this place higher. Reading other people’s reviews, it’s clear that something...

Rude and intimidating cashier, (who end up been the manager) We got here for a quick lunch and drink, i asked for a draft cold beer, that end up being warm, i ask the cashier if he can give a cold beer, he said the beer was cold when it wasn't that specify day the airport was over 21, i said to the cashier that for him the beer may be COLD but for me it wasn't, so i nicely asked if the one in the bottle could be cold and he said yes, so he grab it and opened, the beer was also warm He debated that the beer was cold, i told him that he needs to hear the voice of the customer instead saying something like i do not know what a cold beer is, i asked to speak with the manager because it was obvious he will not listen anymore what i was intended to say..... it ends up the cashier was the manager, i told him that i really felt sorry for the business because they do not know what he's doing to customers, it's really frustrated that he does not knot to talk...

Lunch inbetween flights. Ended up in this restaurant does to few options at the terminal.

We had a schnitzel and nuhnberg sausage. The schnitzel was sadly fried in old oil or burnt. Overpriced as you had to pay extra to have the schnitzel served with french fries (surprisingly was the only option for potatoes even though the dishes was presented with ovenbaked potatoes).

At the time of the payment I was asked to come to the counter. The waiter/cashier tried to joke and asked about the food. Later I was asked to pay 10 percent for service, and when I rejected he was becoming rude. To be honest, I am not really sure why I was supposed to do it when I didn't get any service worth paying for? At first we were ignored when we tried to get a table. It was difficult to get their attention. And also, the check was not even presented at the time of payment????

Unless you want to have german food or wants to pay overprice for food,...
