Erdinger Wheat beer was very nice. There is two option one is normal beer and another is dark beer. I would say dark one is the best. Ambience and the interior decoration is very nice. They properly maintained a old German structure. And I don’t want to say anything about the food. It’s just awesome. The decoration, taste all is very good. Service is also very good. In whole Oldenburg I think this is the only place where you can find authentic German food. It’s bit costly but it’s okk with the food quality. A solid German restaurant with a pleasant vibe. It’s located in a basement of an old building and the atmosphere is quite warm and cozy, nice decor. The food is very good and not too greasy, unlike the super heavy food I’ve had in most German restaurants. Wir kommen gerade aus dem Ratskeller. Wir haben ein Grünkohlgericht bestellt und für die zweite Person eine Kostekelle Grünkohl (wofür natürlich ein paar Euro bezahlt hätten, ganz klar) ohne etwas dazu und höflich nachgefragt, ob dies möglich ist, was bejaht wurde. Als die Rechnung kommt werden uns zwei volle Gerichte berechnet. Bei dem Hinweis, dass wir das nicht bestellt haben bekamen wir die Antwort, dass wir das aber zu bezahlen hätten, weil man wohl ein paar mehr Bratkoffeln dazu gegeben hätte und eine große Portion Grünkohl für beide hingestellt hätte (hat dann aber für das zweite Gericht auch kein Kassler und keine Pinkeln hingestellt, sondern nur Unmengen Grünkohl in eine Schüssel gegeben, was mir jetzt im Nachhinein erst klar wird). Das haben wir aber nicht bestellt und mussten es trotzdem bezahlen. Vor allem erst im Nachhinein darauf hinzuweisen ist Betrug. Sowas macht man nicht. Entweder man bringt was bestellt wurde oder sagt, dass man Extrawünsche nicht erfüllt. Wenn wir zwei Portionen hätten haben wollen, hätten wir auch zwei Portionen bestellt. Man rechnet sich nicht einfach in die eigene Tasche und stellt die Gäste dann vor vollendete Tatsachen. Ganz schlecht. Nie wieder Ratskeller. Die Kellnerin war sehr nett, das Ambiente schön.
