eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen in den letzten 7 Jahren in Deutschland.

wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe beim Essen und Trinken. Bis zu den Getränken und Vorspeisen war alles in Ordnung. Als sie den Hauptgang servierten, fanden wir Haare auf zwei Tellern. Wir informierten das Personal. Sie wechselten das Geschirr. Danach war ein Metallstück im Naan. Das war wirklich unerwartet. Der Barkeeper kam und versteckte das Metallstück und begann zu leugnen, dass nichts passiert sei und man einfach zahlen und gehen könne. Nach vielen Diskussionen akzeptierten sie, dass es okay sei, da war ein Metallstück, weigerten sich aber, das Stück zur Reklamation zurückzugeben. Der Besitzer namens Ajay akzeptierte zunächst und fragte uns, was wir für Sie tun könnten, und wir sollten nicht zahlen und gehen, aber wir sagten: „Nein, wir wollen kein kostenloses Essen. Wir werden für die Getränke und die Vorspeisen zahlen.“ Danach sprach Ajay mit dem Kellner und der Ton änderte sich völlig, als sie das Metallstück versteckt hatten. Sie begannen zu sagen, dass wir die gesamte Rechnung außer dem Naan-Preis bezahlen müssten. Wir riefen beide die Polizei, aber leider sagte die Polizei, das sei nicht unsere Verantwortung. Sie sollten sich an das Gesundheitsamt oder Ordnungsamt wenden. Dann haben wir die Rechnung bezahlt und sind gegangen. Wir haben alle Beweise und wenn jemand bereit ist, uns beim Beschwerdeverfahren zu helfen, zögern Sie nicht. Danke 🙏🏻

one of the worst experiences ever in last 7 years in Germany.

we were having drinks and dinner in a large group. Until drinks and starters everything was fine. When they served main course. We found hair in two plates. we informed staff. They changed the dishes. Afterwards, there was a metal piece in the Naan. Which was literally unexpected. The bar tender came and hide the metal piece and start denying that nothing has happened and you just pay and leave. after lot of arguments they accepted that okey, there was a metal piece but denied to give the piece back for complaint. The owner named Ajay, initially accepted and asked us what can we do for you and dont pay and leave but we said, no We dont want free food. we will pay for drinks and starters. After that Ajay talked to waiter and the tone got completely changed as they had hide the metal piece. they started saying that we must pay all bill except a naan price. we both called police but unfortunately Police said, its not our responsibility. you should contact gesundheitsamt or ordnungsamt. then we paid the bill and left. we have all the proof and if someone is willing to help us with complaint procedure. feel...

you may write whatever you feel like. if you have even a single proof which shows that I even took a single sip of Alcohol. I would do whatever you say. :D

About others, check the total drinks ordered between 7 people. Its hardly 1-2 drinks person. Anyways.

Such a shame that, you guys still dont want to accept that there was a metal piece in Garlic naan and hair in Paneer. If you really have camera check how your staff hide that piece and in front of police they accepted that they have it and will only give it to Chief.

We have enough proof and there is no point of arguing here. As police advised, we will follow the proper channels and inform Gesundheitsamt and ordnungsamt with proofs. Rest is upto German system whatever they decide....

I recently visited this place, and it was a huge disappointment. First off, the hygiene standards were shockingly low.

As for the food, it was just plain average. It’s clear they don’t put much effort into their menu. There was also hair mixed into the food. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Not only does this show a total lack of quality control, but it also raises major concerns about hygiene in the kitchen. Staff was not wearing head cap.

To top it off that when I complained, the staff was rude and seemed annoyed to be there. Any questions we asked were met with eye rolls and short, dismissive answers. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good service or a pleasant...
