ESPERIA Venice — Restaurant in Regensburg

I ordered a lasagne, came out very oily. I asked the waitress politely if I could exchange it to another item and she gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude (no name tag on her t-shirt unfortunately). She kept on repeating over and over again that this is what a lasagne looks like everywhere you go in the world... I told her that I didn’t want to make a scene, I just wanted to order something else. She proceeded to bring the chef to the table who also told me that this is what a lasagne is supposed to look like. She reluctantly let me exchange it to another item. I went on. Friday at an off hour, 1400. The food was pretty good, nothing wrong with it. The service, however, was probably the worst I’ve had here in 14 years in Germany. Not crowded but the service was extremely slow, I had to ask 3 waitstaff for chili oil until one grudgingly brought it. I ordered a second soda and didn’t get it until I was just about finished with my meal. It was in a bottle that I did not touch but they insisted I pay for it. I told them that it was exactly where they left it and how it came way too late but they didn’t care and rudely insisted I ordered it so I had to pay for it. Ein Stern ist schon zuviel für unseren Besuch Freitag Mittags! Der Kellner nahm die Getränke auf, nach der Größe wurde nicht gefragt. Das Kind bekam ein kleines Getränk, die Eltern ein Großes. Aber eigentlich wollten wir alle ein großes Getränk. Ok, kann passieren ... Dann bestellten wir Kinderteller: TORTELLINI mit Tomatensoße, Pizza Milano und Pizza Verdune, allerdings statt den Peperonis bitte mit Schinken. "Kein Problem" sagte er. Nach kurzer Wartezeit bringt uns seine Kollegin Kinderteller mit Spaghetti statt Tortellini. Die nahmen wir nicht an und schmunzelte "was wohl jetzt noch mit der Pizza schief läuft" Und tatsächlich "eine Pizza Caprese und eine Pizza Milano" natürlich nahmen wir nur Milano an, die Dame wurde unfreundlich und brachte mir als Beweis den Kassenbong, um mir zu zeigen was ihr Kollege getippt hat. Das hätte ICH SO bestellt und jetzt auch zu nehmen, ansonsten dauert es nochmal 10 Minuten bis meine Pizza fertig wäre. Sie hat drauf bestanden, dass ich falsch bestellt habe und jetzt warten solle. Da hab ich lieber auf die Pizza und den weiteren Ärger verichtet. Nur beim Getränke-Fehler könnte man drüber hinweg sehen, aber erst die Nudeln, dann die Pizza falsch bonieren und dann noch den Kunden beschuldigen ist zuviel! Als wir nach Bezahlung das Lokal verließen hat der Keller absichtlich weg geschaut. Keine Entschuldigung Nur...
