Sushihaus — Restaurant in Regensburg

My experience at Sushihaus was quite mixed. Upon entering, we encountered a rather unpleasant situation with one waitress who completely ignored us. We took it upon ourselves to find a table, and when we did, she scolded us aggressively for not waiting. This initial encounter was surprising and left us bewildered.

However, our experience took a turn for the better when another waitress, whose name I can't recall but who had Italian origins, came to our table. She was the complete opposite – friendly, professional, and wearing a warm smile throughout. Her service was a stark contrast to the earlier encounter and helped improve our overall impression.

Now, onto the food: The Asian soup I ordered was truly outstanding and possibly the best I've ever had. It was a spectacular start to the meal. However, the vegetarian sushi was just okay, nothing extraordinary. The real disappointment came with the seafood sushi labeled as "crunchy," which had below-average quality. I wouldn't recommend it, either for the food quality or the inconsistent service we received from one of the waitresses.

Adequate restaurant. The food was pretty good, got a couple rolls and my tried a few different things and it was all pretty good. Nothing stood out as anything special, but nothing was made wrong, and everything was still good. The service leaves a little to be desired, my date and I weren't really checked on despite the restaurant not being busy, and all the seating is extremely cramped. Essen: 10/10 Das Essen war schlichtweg fantastisch! Das Sushi war unglaublich frisch, köstlich zubereitet und von höchster Qualität. Aber nicht nur das Sushi, auch die anderen Hauptspeisen waren wirklich exzellent. Selbst die Nachspeisen, wie das Erdbeer-Mochi-Eis, waren absolut lecker und ein perfekter Abschluss.

Service: 9,5/10 Der Service war herausragend! Das Personal war super nett, äußerst schnell und durchweg aufmerksam. Man hat sich hier wirklich wohl und gut betreut gefühlt.

Ambiente: 9/10 Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend – gemütlich, entspannt, schick und dennoch passend formell. Die Atmosphäre harmoniert perfekt mit dem Restaurantkonzept und trägt maßgeblich zum angenehmen Esserlebnis bei.

Sauberkeit: 9/10 Das Restaurant glänzt durch Sauberkeit und hohe Hygienestandards. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.

Preis-Leistung: 9/10 Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Der Preis ist für die gebotene Qualität und Menge des Essens mehr als gerechtfertigt. Man wird satt, die Portionen sind großzügig bemessen und für die Qualität ist der Preis perfekt.

Getränkeauswahl: 8/10 Die Getränkeauswahl, sowohl bei alkoholischen als auch nicht-alkoholischen Optionen, war gut und ausreichend.

Spezialität und Vielfalt: 10/10 Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vielfalt an spezifischen Sushi-Rollen und Inhalten, die man nicht überall findet. Dies macht das Restaurant zu etwas Besonderem und bietet immer wieder neue Geschmackserlebnisse.
