Auf die Hand — Restaurant in Schönefeld

It was on Tuesday, the 21 of June 2022. After a long overseas flight the only thing my wife and I wanted was a cup of coffee. I ordered two cups of Americano and two croissants. I paid 12,60 with GooglePay but the lady at the counter (with red hair) said that the payment was not successful and asked to do it again. Five minutes later I saw that both payments were successful and came up to her and explained the situation. She took my receipt and said that she would return me the money back. After some manipulations with the computer she showed me two thumbs up and smiled broadly. I am still waiting for my money and go on believing in human honesty. Bad job, guys!...

I bought something here and went to sit down in the sitting area off to the side just for a employee to tell me a few minutes later that I had to move and I wasn’t aloud to sit there. Now I 100% don’t blame the employee she was just doing her job but if they were kicking me out for no reason the manager should’ve been the one to talk to me. It’s so scummy that he sent one of his employees to deal with any anger instead of dealing...

Mit der Begründung, es sei etwas in der Kommunikation zwischen Kartenlesegerät und Kasse schief gelaufen, wurde zweimal abkassiert: 2x 12 EURO für 2 Tassen Kaffee! Der bärtige Verkäufer mittleren Alters war unfassbar unfreundlich. Ich kenne es so, dass man einen Stornobon bekommt oder es wird sofort zurück gebucht. Die Aussage, das Geld wird in 2 Tagen erstattet, einen Beleg darüber gibt es nicht und wenn das Geld nicht kommt, könne ich ja im Büro anrufen, fand ich unglaubwürdig. Ich ging zunächst mit dem lauwarmen Kaffee los, kehrte aber noch einmal um. Da hörte ich, wie der unangenehme Verkäufer sich mit einem anderen Kunden unterhielt und sich unglaublich abfällig über mich äußerte. Dadurch war ich dann endgültig aufgebracht. Nachdem ich dem unangenehmen Verkäufer sagte, dass ich Strafanzeige wegen Betruges erstatte, wenn das Geld nicht zurück gegeben wird, war der Betrag innerhalb von 2 Minuten auf dem Konto. Ich weiß nicht, wo das Problem lag. Fakt ist, dass der Kaffee vollkommen überteuert ist (5,10 pro Tasse), lauwarm serviert wird, ganz gut schmeckt, durch die Unfreundlichkeit aber endgültig zu einem unschönen Erlebnis wird. Das ist das Geld nicht wert. (Für diesen sensationellen Service habe ich am Ende 1,80 EUR Trinkgeld bezahlt. 🤣)

Positiv: Vom Inhaber bzw. der Inhaberin kam eine Entschuldigung....
