Restaurant TACO's — Restaurant in Stade

Worse experience ever I had .When I visit my family I Germany and we choice TACOs restaurant in Stade. Table was reserve also we ask please just not in the middle..but when we arrival was in the middle. Ok we take seats on another table..and order drinks and food..only few starters ..starter I got late..but I think Ok..we gone enjoy time together with family with meal..time goes food still not arrival. .my son call to waitress to ask about how long to wait for food ..she wasn't kind ..she don't say sorry..and don't offered anything ..to make as be satisfied. We was disappointing we wait 1hrs 30 min...our patience was the final and we leave without paying for drinks..we don't like to more in this atmosphere stay longer also eat.. saying to the staff to complain about service. The standard restaurant rules is 20-30 min. 45min waiting time I can leave without payment ..over 90 min waiting time ..is 30% off of the meal bill. And staff need to communicate with customers or explain situation if somebody sick or anything..but look like they are regularly some complains. No experience you must improve the restaurant service and staff training and change chefs soon as possible if you want to keep your customers. Return too see...

Meine Frau und ich waren am WE dort essen. Als Bremer bin ich die Top Mexicaner / TexMex Restaurants "Mexcal" und "Enchilada" in Bremen gewohnt - Aber auch die Stader sollen eine Chance haben.

Die erste Verwunderung gab es am Eingang - Dort wurde als Mittagstisch Seelachs empfohlen... Nicht gerade ein typisch mexikanisches Gericht.

Also rein in den Gastraum, wo wir von einem ständig rumlaufenden und schreienden Kind begrüßt wurden - Schien niemand zu stören... Aber bei der Geräuschkulisse im Gastraum, die auch einer Bahnhofshalle gerecht werden könnte, auch egal...

Das Lokal war mäßig besetzt und die Kellnerin kam recht flott und legte uns die Speisekarten hin - Auf meine Frage, wo die Cocktailkarte wäre, lief Sie noch mal los. Der Blick in die Cocktailkarte enttäuschte: KEIN MARGHARITA ! Auf Nachfrage bei der Kellnerin, die Antwort: "Läuft hier nicht - Gibt es nicht" Ich war zum ersten mal fassungslos...

Meine Frau und ich wollten die Taccos als Burrito ( statt krossem Teig einen weichen Weizenteig, anm. ) was schon Verständnislosigkeit bei der Bedienung auslöste... Dazu wollte ich Bohnenmuß...

Das Essen kam und die Portion war sehr übersichtlich - Die Borritos waren so klein, daß der Koch sich sichtlich Mühe gab, diese Lächerlichkeit mit Deko Schnickschnack zu kompensieren. Dazu gab es ( auch auf dem gleichen Teller ) einen Haufen Ringelpommes ( Die eigentlich nicht zu einem Borrito gehören ). Obwohl ich das Bohnenmuß wollte, bekam meine Frau das Bohnenmuß und ich nix... Also reklamiert. Meine Frau hat auf meinen neuen Borrito gewartet und mußte damit einen kalten Borrito essen.

Geschmacklich waren die Borritos "Scharfes Fleisch in Weizenrollo mit Zigeunersauce"

Fazit: Wer Pommes rot/weiß für ein mexikanische Nationalgericht hält, kann...
