I went there around 5 PM and ordered Pho with Beef. I really loved it!!! I visited Vietnam once and I can tell the taste here is original. The owner said, he is from north Vietnam. I felt like being in Vietnam again. The soup was very clear but rich! The owner explained that they really cook it for a very long hours to achieve that taste. The beef texture was also perfect. If you like it spicy, they have sriracha and something like grinded chili. The noodle also was perfectly cooked. The vegetables and herbs were fresh. Fantastic food. By far the best spring rolls i had in Germany. Fresh, crunchy, awesome sauce.
