Piano Restaurant & Cocktail Bar "LYSDORSS" — Restaurant in Stuttgart

This experience was just awesome. I had a really bad day and this "piano cafe" and their service was just overwhelmingly good. The salad potpourri with giant black tiger brawns,... it wasn't even served, but the smell of it came right from the kitchen to the tables outside. It was a poem and very well dressed and spiced. It came in a giant bowl with a beautiful look to itself. I just completely forgot about my sadness in the moment the young lady set this bowl in front of me. The brawns were perfectly grilled, soft and with an awesome texture. The colour was still white pinky, but crispy at the outside and they just slipped out of their backfin. Oh I didn't mentioned yet the self-made bread, it was not my focus on this meal, since I couldn't even finish the whole bread slices in combination with the rest, but it feels like anything you order here is worth your time and money.

While I was sitting there, several people came along and I was able to hear about their thoughts of getting in, just for the "Kaiser Schmarrn" and OH boy, I was so filled up by the salad, but I am a Kaiser Schmarrn fanatic and I just had to order it. Again, the food wasn't even served and I was able to smell how they grilled the pancakes with powdered sugar and I really began to nervously tapping in joyful anticipation,.... so the outsides was again crunchy and very sweet and the inside perfectly soft. The insides were as if you imagined to bite into a cloud and even better the vanilla icecream which was served to it, was self made. It wasn't simply just sweet, it just rounded the whole dish and the portions were so overwhelmingly massive. I was fighting for my life, but it was worth the fight.

I will definetly get back here and not only cause of the taste. They also serve cocktails and they go steep o,o

The ambient seems to be a nice place for the whole day, there are rustic parts and mediterranean flavours but you couldn't see one theme. Every corner had it's charms and there were many cozy places.

The waitress speaks not perfect english, but it was lovely to hear her talking in my view and I really enjoy people talking with accents, still there should be no communication problems at all. They are really determined to give you a pleasent and memorizing experience here.

Obwohl wir bereits seit fast zwanzig Jahren im Stuttgarter Westen zuhause sind, haben wir diese wunderbare Location [leider] erst neulich und rein zufällig für uns entdeckt, hier wo man innen und mit der Aussenbestuhlung das Savoir Vivre geniessen kann, fast so als wäre man an einem geheimen Ort an der Côte d’Azur.

Die Speisen schmecken fantastisch und die Mix-Getränke sind optische und geschmackliche Explosionen und lassen unsere Erinnerungen an Ipanema [Caipirinha] und unsere Sehnsucht nach Havanna [Cuba Libre] erwachen - aber vor allen Dingen lassen die verschiedenen Limonade-Creationen [völlig alkoholfrei und führerscheinkompatibel] uns in der Caribik wähnen.

Spätestens dann, wenn sich an den Samstagabenden die Patronne Conny an das Piano setzt, weiss man, dass man an diesem Abend nirgendwo anders hätte sein wollen. Ihr Repartoire bietet das, was man sich von einer Piano Bar in Paris, New York, Berlin, Bukarest [und jetzt in Stuttgart] nur erhoffen kann. Gott-sei-Dank, ist es selbst den Temptations NICHT gelungen, diese Künstlerin nach Vegas umzusiedeln.

Wir haben nach einem stimmungsvollen Ort zum Cocktailstrinken in Stuttgart gesucht und nach einer halben Stunde googeln endlich die Bilder des Restaurants gefunden. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant für maximal 10-14 Personen, 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnstation Schwabstrasse entfernt. Als wir da waren, blieb es nicht bei Cocktails, da die Speisekarte Appetit auf mehr machte. Es war alles extrem lecker, voller Geschmack und frisch zubereitet und wir sind kulinarisch schon etwas rumgekommen (Dublin, Edinburgh, Japan, Krakau, München, Niederlande und stuttgarter Gegend). Wir hatten vegetarische Tortelini, Nudeln in Kräuter- und Knoblauchöl und den Rosenkaiserschmarrn. Auf mein Bedenken, dass ich es vielleicht nicht schaffe, Hauptspeise und Nachtisch ganz zu essen ist man eingegangen und ich habe eine kleinere Portion der Hauptspeise mit Preisvergünstigung bekommen. Auch die Cocktails waren gut gemixt und weder zu wässrig noch zu süss. Es gibt auch Optionen für Veganer*innen. Wir werden gerne...
