The Little Greek Taverna — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Hm it’s a good and a bad experiance. The place was crowded and loud and very little space between the tables to pass through. We had to wait a LONG time to get the food then more to get the check (they accept cash only). The food was ok, my order (was recommended to me by the waiter since they don’t have an English menu and it was loud there i couldn’t hear him well) was a fried vegetable dish it was a flob to me cuz it’s more of a side dish in a large plate (3 round pieces of eggplant, 5 round pieces of zucchini, 1 whole chili pepper with 3 garlicy sauces) they tasted good tbh but nope i was still hungry. My husband ordered a pasta dish (didn’t recive it tho) and a grilled chicken dish which was excellent to him. The staff were very friendly, not so bad experiance, maybe i would come back. تجربة جيده و سيئة نوعا ما. المكان زحمة و ضييييق و بطيئيين بالخدمة مره تحس الوايتر بنفسه ياخذ الطلب و يروح يطبخه لك و يجيبه و اثناء هذا كله ياخذ طلبات اللي حولك و يوصل طلباتهم حرفيا اخذ ساعه كامله لين وصل صحنين. ماعندهم منيو انجليزي كله الماني توهقنا صدق. طلبنا باستا ماجابوه لنا و صحن دجاج مشوي كان ممتاز و صحن خضار مقليه (اختاره الويتر لي بما ان ماعندهم منيو انجليزي و المكان مزعج حسبالي معه دجاج مشوي لانه كرر الطلب مرتين علي) المهم جاء الطبق مايسر البطن الجوعان كنه مقبلات خضار مقليه بصحن كبير و معه صوصات كلللها مليانه ثوم بس الحمدالله على كل حال. بصراحه الويتر كان خدوم و طيوب بس بطيئيين و هالسبب اللي خلانا ناكل و حنا ساكتيين و نسوي روحنا ان خدمتهم ممتازه. تجربه حليله ممكن ارجع...

This is really annoying to have to write a review like that . First time was really amazing impression. Food was good , people also nice and we had a table on the nice terrasse out side . Unfortunatly no possible to pay with cash (because the machine was broken ...) ok , this could happen.

Second time , we did a reservation , and then we arrive just on time and staff said that we have to wait 20min ... really??? Reservation and need to wait ?? Are you kidding me ?

And the biggest mistake , again , the machine for credit card was broken ... I guess the paper on the doors saying that is always stiked.. two time in a row , in a 2 weeks , and still machine broken ...

I guess the Finanzamt should Check a Little bit the cash amount of this Restaurant.

This is very Bad to have this Kind of feeling . Especially when everything Went good the First time.

They spilled a beer on my wife!

And honestly it was one of the best afternoons we ever had. Let's get this straight up front, the food is just awesome and has Greek menu options I've never seen like this cheese tomato paprika appetizer that is just killer. What we saw today was true grace and customer service. The waiter literally spilled an entire beer on my wife. His contrite regret and service following that turned a negative into a positive . This is now my favorite restaurant in Stuttgart. He brought us a free little bottle of ouzo and at the end of the meal an absolutely delicious...
