Aksar Kebap — Restaurant in Veitshöchheim

Perhaps it was not the best döner I've ever had, but it was still better than average IMHO. Small (standard) size was 3.80 €, and large one was 4.80 €. The small probably was enough for me, but the large one really filled me up. Serving was generous.

Service was very good and quick. The chef did not speak English, but we managed ordering what we wanted by pointing at the menu.

Speaking of which, the menu was quite extensive unlike most other döner kebap shops I'm accustomed to, but I thought combination plates were somewhat pricey. I usually order Lamacun (Turkish pizza wrap), but it was over 6 €, so I decided not to get it (normally around 5 €, but it is a touristy spot). I was quite satisfied with what we had for our quick lunch especially under current COVID health protection ordinance...everything has to be "to go."

Döner 🥙 vor paar Wochen mal probiert. Mann (am Arm tätowiert) sowie der Junge ca. 14?! und keine Ahnung in welcher Beziehung die zwei zueinander stehen (Brüder, Vater und Sohn, Cousins ect.) waren extrem nett und schnell. Hab für zwei Döner ca. 9 Minuten gewartet was vollkommen klar geht. Die Auswahl (Salat, Soßen,..) ist klein aber dennoch sehr gut!

Fleisch: Gute Portion, würzig, leicht knusprig (hätte noch etwas saftiger sein können aber ist nur Geschmackssache)

Brot: War gut, sah aber gekauft aus (was keinerlei Minuspunkte gibt, da man erstmal einen Lieferanten finden muss wo Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt). Selbst gebacken wäre bei der Bewertung eine 5 mit Stern ⭐️

Gemüse (Salat, Kraut, Tomate, Gurke): war wirklich extrem frisch!

Preis geht für diese Art von Döner super in Ordnung!!!

Verbesserungsvorschläge falls gewünscht: eine alternative zum Brot wäre cool wie Vollkorn oder sowas in der Art. Kleine Schilder bei den Soßen welche welche ist im Idealfall noch Inhalte (wegen Allergien z.B.), Anzeigetafel was alles angeboten und verkauft wird definitiv größer machen. Ist extrem schwer zu entziffern in der aktuellen Schriftgröße.

Ist der einzige Döner im Umkreis der wirklich eine 5 von 5 Bewertung verdient! Hat hiermit meinen Stammdönermann aus...
