Pizzeria Goldene Taverne — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Biberach an der Riß

This is a casual, family-friendly Italian restaurant, right off the marktplatz in Biberach. If you're looking for somewhere that is easy, where the staff are friendly, and the food is tasty, this is your place. Don't expect any English here, but the atmosphere is so low-key that it won't matter. The menu consists of a few tasty salads, a variety of pasta dishes, and of course, pizza. I would not say that this is the best pizza in Biberach, but it is good, and other pizza joints in town don't offer other dishes or alcohol. Also, there are more toppings available here, like shrimp or calamari. Food is fresh, there are Italians in the kitchen, and meals arrive quickly. No desserts, so head to the gellato place around the corner (on the marktplatz). Prices are very reasonable. In warm months there is outdoor dining along a pedestrian-friendly cobblestone street. This has become my family's go-to restaurant on nights when we're too tired to cook. Yummy...

Klasse Pizzeria mit unschlagbaren Preisen. Mit den Preisen hier können sich gefühlt alle anderen Restaurants und Pizzerien eine Scheibe abschneiden. Ein alkoholfreies 0,4 l Getränk für 2,30€, ja man muss ehrlicherweise dazusagen dass hier Freeway Getränke aus der Plastikflasche ausgeschenkt werden, aber ich denke das machen genügend andere auch und verlangen dann 3,80 oder gar 4,00 Euro. Dieses trinken schmeckt genauso und ich finde es klasse dass es das für den Preis gibt. Das Essen ist auch top, es geht ruckzuck und schmeckt hervorragend. Man kann wenn man oben sitzt dem Koch beim Pizza machen zusehen. Wir gehen hier sehr gerne her wenn wir in Biberach sind. Es ist auch Wahnsinn wieviel Leute hier ihr essen für zuhause bestellen und abholen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer auf Zack. Wir haben für 6 Leute (6x Essen plus Ein gemischter Salat und 6x trinken, 68 Euro bezahlt), ich denke dass gibt es so kein zweites Mal. Macht weiter so und wir kommen wieder. Richtig klasse und eine klare Weiterempfehlung und Geheimtipp für Biberach in der Innenstadt an alle! Da die Pizzeria in der Fußgängerzone ist, muss man immer nach einem Parkplatz suchen, aber irgendwo findet sich meistens...

This is a little italian restaurant with fairly limited seating space. I got myself an italian salat as an appetizer and a spagetti carbonara as the main dish together with a large coke light for a total of 17.30€. Overall the meal was good. Both portions were sizeable and well priced.
