Pan Taverne — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Konstanz

I just wanna share my experience with this restaurant we came from United States for vacation and we decide to go greek restaurant i search online and i find this restaurant we want there with all family like 13 people we order food and its take almost 2 hours to get are food and when we asked waitress and she said we forget to send in kitchen we start complain to waitress and nobody speak english and after we complain to the guy who said i own the restaurant and he was so rude and he dont even speak English anyway after 2 hours we received are food and after everything i want to cashier to pay my bill i give her my AMX card and she said thats not reding card after i try my capital one and agin she said thats not work was crazy cus i used my card for 1 weeks and all was good and finally i give her my visa card and she charge me $254.50 when i back home i check all my bank account i saw they charge all my card like $1018 from all card i give her and she said your card not working witch mean they charge me $763.5 extra anyway i will call to my bank and dispute all charge and never go to this restaurant agin just i try to explain my bad experience i had from this place you guys better to keep a way from this...

As all the other greek restaurants in Konstanz, cold starters are grocery store quality (actually I think all greek restaurants get their appetizers from the same source which is low quality-the exact same one that you can find in Edeka), the grill plate has some pork steak, gyros, bifteki and lamb chops which are all overcooked and dry. Also, the service is not good, we asked to be seated but they said we can sit wherever, once we sat to a big table (as the place was almost fully empty) we were asked to change to a 2-person table. The food was ok but fast indigestion by the very poor service. As a tourist the minimum expected is a welcoming treatment by the waitress and the 2 ladies attending were so impolite and neglecting it made my stomach sour. Maybe I should additionally mention I am black although a poor service is independent of melanin.
