All our dishes were almost empty. I mean no filling, for example poğca. Börek was ok it had some filling. But I have been to turkey several times and the food is very far from turkish cuisine. They just throw in a spoon of melted yoghurt into every plate and think it is enough to make it look turkish, very sad. This restaurant should be italian, I am italian and the food is more similar to the italian kitchen. For the price maybe I should not be complaining much, but my poğca had literally 2 gr of filling. It had one exact small piece of suçuk and that's it. For manti (turkish ravioli) they again throw in an italian commercial pack of empty raviolis and add a spoon of yoghurt to the sauce pretending is turkish. They have several turkish markets at 50m walking distance where they can easily find real manti, I mean... The place has potential and simpathic waiters, but it needs drastic improvements, price is not enough to make it a nr. 1 choice for visitors, especially when there are other 50 turkish and italian restaurants...

We stopped here for lunch and were thoroughly disappointed.

We ordered a Margherita pizza and chicken nuggets for the kids. The pizza was dry with burned cheese. The chicken nuggets were old, dry, and dark brown in color. The French fries were an unappetizing dark orange.

The stuffed eggplant dish was a major letdown; it wasn’t stuffed, just sprinkled with marinara sauce from a jar and some ground beef that was merely browned, with no salt or spices added. It was terrible. The Borek III dish should have a minced beef which I did not find as well as tomato sauce - it was plain without any salt or spices, at least it seemed freshly cooked! The appetizer included old olives that looked like raisins. The side salad had fresh tomatoes that tasted fermented, as if they had been cut a long time ago.

Heute hab ich mal den Mittagstisch, bzw. die Mittagskarte von "Sedir" ausprobiert. Eigentlich ganz witzig, wie ich dort heute gelandet bin, da mich quasi die Bedienung beim Vorbeilaufen sehr nett begrüsst hat, dachte ich mir, dass ich bisher dort noch nie essen war und hab es dann auch gleich mal getestet.

Das Sedir liegt schön an der Hofhalde gelegen mit tollen Blick auf das Münster. Der Aussenbereich wirkt sehr einladend. Ich wurde wie schon erwähnt, nett begrüsst und habe dann einen Sitzplatz bekommen und konnte auch relativ schnell bestellen.

Bestellt habe ich die Weinblätter und die Tagliatelle mit Saisongemüse, Hackfleisch und Tomatenrahmsauce. Zum Mittagstisch gab es zusätzlich einen gemischten Salat mit Joghurtdressing und Schafskäse und frische Sesambrötchen. Neben mir bei der Bestellung waren zwei weitere Tische noch besetzt. Das Getränk kam auch nach wenigen Minuten sehr schnell, keine 5 Minuten später war dann auch die Vorspeise auf dem Tisch. Die Weinblätter waren sehr unspektakulär und mir etwas zu trocken drinnen. Keine 5 Minuten nachdem ich meine Vorspeise bekam, war schon mein Hauptgericht fertig und wurde auch gleich an den Tisch gestellt. Da ich aber noch am Anfang meiner Vorspeise war, stand dann das Hauptgericht auch ne Weile auf dem Tisch.

Die Tagliatelle waren al dente, das Gemüse auch gut, nur hat der Sauce ein bisschen Pfiff gefehlt. Sie war sehr fad, eher salzarm und sonst eher langweilig.

Seit ich mein Essen erhalten habe kam das Personal nicht mehr an den Tisch bis ich bezahlen wollte. Schade fand ich, dass bis zum Schluss auch nicht der Vorspeiseteller abgeräumt wurde. Auch bei der Bezahlung wurde nicht gefragt, ob man noch einen Kaffee oder sonstige Wünsche hätte.

Das Interieur konnte ich nur kurz auf dem Weg zu den Toiletten noch kurz begutachten und würde sagen, eher rustikal und etwas altbacken.

Dann kommen wir noch zu den Schulnoten Ambiente: 2 (Draussen) 4 (Drinnen) Service: 4 - Geschmack: 3 Preis-Leistung: 2 - Gesamteindruck: Eine gute 3!

Fazit: Wenn man einen sonnigen Platz zu Mittag sucht und für wenig Geld, gut Essen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Nur, wenn zu viele Tische besetzt sind, kann es beim Service mal ein bisschen dauern.
