Yume Sushi Bar Fine Dining — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Konstanz

VERY fresh sashimi (raw fish), you can see the fish is still shining!! The staff is very friendly, quantities are good, price is good.

The master is not Japanese, but he's very motivated and quite creative. You can see that if you ask the bigger plates, with good combinations of sushi, makizushi and new tempura ideas!

He's putting his heart in making the dishes, that is why it may take a bit of time, as the fish IS FRESH!

We were in 5, our Italian friends loved it....

As I lived in Japan for 7 years, I know the taste of Japanese food.

For my taste, I have only two small critics: the miso soup was too salty, and the makizushi / sushi rice was not 100% like in Japan.

The master explained me that Germans prefer it this way (so my critic could be a PLUS point, as I like the rice with more vinegar and sugar).

It's my first time to leave a review as it was the worst sushi I've ever had..As the restaurant was highly rated, we trusted the reviews however we were so disappointed we spent this much for this really basic sushi with only some radish inside or just avocados on top. We felt like they put such little efforts for serving the sushi. Also, miso udon was not that tasty either compared to other Japanese restaurants I tried but was better than sushi. The staff was nice but it didn't satisfy our needs for a tasty meal at all. Was not surprising to see after a meal that the cook was not Japanese and only the staffs...

I did not have a pleasant experience with this restaurant. Unfortunately, not only the service left much to be desired, but also the food. Although the restaurant was not crowded, we waited half an hour for our order to be taken and almost another hour for the food to be brought to us. The ramen was extremely salty, and the sushi had nothing special but a lot of rice. The payment note was not brought to us, despite our insistence, so we had to go to the bar and wait for...
