The only good thing was the view. As soon as we sat down, the owner began insulting us and shoving the menu in our face suggesting that we can’t read. He forgot something we ordered and when we asked about it, he got an attitude with us and told us to point to him on the menu what we want and talking to us like we are stupid. The quality of the cake and coffee were very poor for the price. Then when we paid, he didn’t give us all our change and we had to ask for it, and he again shoved a paper in our faces that said we should tip if we are happy with the service. An absolute joke! We sat inside because the terrace was full. At least ten waiters walked past us – we were right in front of the counter where food and drinks were picked up – and NONE of them even looked at us. Other guests who arrived after us were served, but we were completely ignored. After 20 minutes of being treated like we were invisible, we left. Shockingly unprofessional, arrogant staff, zero interest in customers. Rarely have I experienced such disrespect. Definitely a place to avoid! Thanks for the non-existent...

La localisation de cet endroit est très agréable, par contre le service laisse à désirer.

En plus d'être relativement lents, ce qui ne pose pas trop de soucis en vacances, le service peut être désagréable. Les plus jeunes sont très aimables, de sorte qu'il n'y a rien à redire à leur sujet !

Par contre, le "chef" peut sincèrement vous mettre de mauvaise humeur, et ce, comme cela a pu être rappelé dans certains autres commentaires ; les réflexions et attitudes déplacées sont au rendez-vous.

Il s'est notamment trompé dans la commande, et lorsque nous l'avions appelé poliment pour lui en faire part, il a expressément levé les yeux au ciel de manière agacée & agaçante. C'était sans compter les fois où il nous a volontairement évité du regard pour ne pas servir notre table.

Ayant travaillé en restauration, ce comportement est tout bonnement inacceptable !

Nous avions bien évidemment refusé de lui donner un pourboire pour ces raisons évidentes ce qu'il n'a pas manqué de nous faire remarquer.
