Cafe Restaurant Seeblick — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Titisee-Neustadt

I went here 2 weeks ago with my family and the old lady waiter was so rude, when i still try to choose what cake I wanted to try, she yelled at me: whattt?!?! and with her eyes! And when she put the cake in my table it was also very impolite, we just cant figure out why she acted that way to us as their guess, we feel she kinda treated us badly because we were asian? Because there are no other reasonable reasons why she only acted that rude and bad to us, we were the only asian family there at that time and we didn't do any mistakes, and when i read this restaurant reviews on google, Hmm...it explained a lot.

Please respect all your guest mam or it will be bad for the business. We went all the way to Titisee Lake for the beautiful scenery and memories along the holiday, and too bad this restaurant were on our blacklisted place here.

So far never been in such resturant. They were super rude even on our kids. My son was playing with lava rocks. Off course we do insisted not to play with that. we do get sense. The guy with beard rudely said to my 2 years old boy, thats not toy. he could politely say to us or to kids. The remaining three ladies equally rude. I walked up to them and was asking for fork. maybe she thought i am just randomly gonna pick up one, the one they organised and kept. There is no basic sence how they supposed to say politely. may be they are frustrated , may be thier owner or boss pay less. I do understand we do have bad days but all them were super rude. one guy with beard, mid ages with spec, thin girl and little heavy girl. all four of them were very rude. thier face does not carry have any pleasing look. and Food are not tasty as well. Pathetic service ever in Europe. never exprienced such in any...
