This is a fantastic little hut on the just on a small beach of the titisee lake. It is quite close to the city center but it is hidden from the crowd. The restaurant itself is very well maintained and very characteristic. The food is also very good and they serve all the typical dishes of the Black Forest in a self service restaurant. What a wonderful find a bit away from the main lake area. Super friendly owners, also speak French besides German. The menu is small, however the more delicious. We loved the homemade pea soup, spätzle, Dampfnudel and Kaiserschmarrn. We came here twice on our 3 day stay. We hear in summer it is even nicer so we will definitely be back. Seating area is limited in winter. It’s a cash only place. They also have home made cakes like Schwarzwälderkirschtorte, Käsekuchen,...

Very lovely couple is running this place with lots of love - highly recommend this place.

Might be difficult to find the place - because there is no name board at this restaurant, when asked about it - the owner said he doesn’t need it
